Has anyone ever experienced a slight "twinge" type feeling on one side of their abdomin? It comes and goes sort of like a heart beat. I think I feel more when I am lying down. I had my transfer on 3/3 and just trying to look for symptoms that may indicate a pregnancy.

That little twinge could be from anything really. The meds, the ET, the ER and a growing uteris. Unfortunately, if you are like me I had no symptoms at all and the 2ww wait seems like it's for nothing. Now I'm 9 weeks and PG with twins! Don't forget that you may have no symptoms at all and be PG so just relax and let that baby snuggle in tight!

I had a day 3 transfer on 2/27 with 2 8cells and I am just as anxious/stressed as everyone else on their two week wait. After 7 failed IUI's and a mountain of debt having to pay cash for IVF (ins. does not cover) this is really my last hope. I am trying to look for symptoms, but really have none. I thought I was feeling a slight twinge every once and a while, but I think it's just in my head. I am trying all my patience not to buy a HPT, just wait it out and hope and pray that I am pregnant until my Dr. tells me otherwise. Good luck to all...
On day 4 after ET I had quite bad pain like stabbing/shooting pains which I now believe may have been implantation (got my BFP today) but everyones different and it could still be the effects of ER, try to keep positive.

My tiwnge was on day 4 as well and havn't felt it since. This may sound wierd, but the only thing i feel now is in the morning when I wake up and still in bed, I stretch and as I'm strtching I feel a isolated pain in my lower abdomen (left side). It's the same side i felt the twinge on day 4. Thats pretty much all I have felt though. My boobs are very mildly sore. But that may be from the effects of the progesterone as well. I don't know. COngrats on your BFP. I'm am so happy to hear so may positive stories.
