No implantation bleeding

I've been reading so much from everyone about implantation bleeding. Should I be worried that I have not seen any? I know not all women experience this but I feel that this is a great indication of preganncy. Are there any women out there who have had positive pregnancy results with no implantation bleeding? ANy feedback would be great. Thanks.

I did not receive any implantation bleeding with any of my 3 pregnancies. Don't worry. Everyone's body is different and does different things. Also, your mind can play tricks on you and sometimes people feel things that aren;t really there. I know I did!

I had IVF done last month and got a BFP. No implantation bleeding at all for me either...

I agree, all women are different. Don't let that worry you too much.

I got my BFP this morning and I had no implantation bleed, but I did have stabbing pains 4 days after ET which I think could have been implantation.
