No symptoms Help!!!

Post by Tamara »

Hey everyone. I had my tranfer on 3/3 and my pregnancy test is on Thursday. I just don't feel pregnant. My bloating from the egg retrival is gone as well. I guess I thought I may have been feeling sensations in my abdomen before, but that may as easily been from the retrieval. I just feel "normal" (physically that is). Any encouraging words would really really really help. Thanks.

It would be too early to notice any pregnancy symptoms I think.
I had sore boobies and that was about it. I didn't feel pregnant at all either. Actually, I was expecting a BFN. I had already surrendered and was ready to take the "bad news" like a woman! So I was shocked when I got a BFP.

All women react different. I know the 2ww is the worst ever. Believe me, I know too... Try not to read into any symptoms too much. Just hang in there..!

Good Luck on Thursday! Hoping you get a BFP!

Thank you so much. I can't tell you how great it makes me feel to hear things like that. All those women that say, "I just knew I was pregnant" worry me that I need to feel a certain way. I hoping for the best but am trying to mentally prepare myself for the worst. Thanks again.

hoping for the best but prepared for the worst--i think that's the best way to deal myself.

but hope that it's the best not the worst.

Tamara I feel the same way as you. I just don't feel pregnant either and I am worried. Every once and a while my tummy feels a little different, I think it's all in my head. I go on Tues for my test, had ER 2/24 and transfer 2/27 w/ 2 8 cell embryos. I have had 7 failed IUI's and this is my last hope. I only have one frozen, so I am scared about Tues and dying to take a HPT but fear it will just mess with my head even more. DH already has two teenage boy's and has had a vasectomy (we used ds), so he is not as desperate as I am, or obsessed I should say.

Well I just got my BFP this morning and I didn't have any real symptoms and I don't feel pregnant now, I don't think it'll feel real to me till I see it on the scan and hear it's heartbeat. So another one just saying no symptoms doesn't always mean no pregnancy, I also didn't have an implantation bleed either. I really believed AF was on her way, I hope you get your BFP soon.

Kessa: That's how I feel... I won't believe it till that first ultrasound. I have mine scheduled for this Tuesday and I'm nervous as heck about it! Congrats on your BFP!

I really don't have any symptoms to speak of, however, I have noticed my boobs are getting a little fuller then prior to starting all of this. There not sore, just a little fuller...could this be a sign or is it the progesterone.

My husband said my boobs were getting abit fuller as well. It is definitely a classic pregnancy symptom. I just don't know if it'sa side effect of the progesterone. Are you still feeling syptoms form the ER?

No symptoms from the ER, never had them to begin with. Fuller boobs, wish they were sore as well. Are yours sore. You had many more transfered then me, you have that greater of a chance.

You also hear people say that a woman glows when she is pregnant, I am not glowing, I am tired, stressed and cranky. That's another bad sign.

They are just a little bit sore. They were more sore right after the ET. But the soreness has gone down a lot.Where do you live?

Being tired is a sign of pregnancy.

I am on Oklahoma City and I went to the best clinic here. I am only here till Aug and then back home to Dallas, so I have to do my FET by then and I don't even give that much hope. It is the policy of my clinic to only transfer 2. What about you. I hate to even look at the picture of my embryo's they gave me, don't want to become attached-as silly as that sounds. I don't even like to be hopeful and talk about being excited with DH, afraid I will just be let down.

I feel like we have so many of the same thoughts. I don't want to look at
the picture either becasue I don't want to get attached. Those same exact word came out of my mouth. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. We don't have that law but I have heard other states do. I understamd everything you are feeling becasue I have the same fears. This really sucks. I wish there was something we could do to make it easeir. It feels good to have someone to share these feelings with.
