I wanted to bring attention to the benefits of Reiki with IVF. I am sure alot of you may have tried it. If not, do a search online and check it out. I teach and practise Reiki, and have had my FET done today!
Reiki is a very gentle hands on therapy, it works really well moving any blocks (physical or emotional) and promotes growth (eggs and embies)! It feels warm when done, and above all is very relaxing. If you are interested, find a local practitioner, one who is qualified obviously. Or check out the Uk Reiki Ferderation for a local registered one.
It has brought me alot of comfort, and helped reduce stress. It may have helped produce my 11 grade one embies too!
