hiya im chvonne im a bit late in joining but better late than never hey and ive got lots of support to give i had my EC yesterday 16 eggs and im waiting news of fertilisation now fingers crossed got my ET saturday this is my first ivf cycle xxx

Chvonne, you have quite a few lovely ladies in the group and in the 2ww to test with, and that's a nice number of eggs you have there, so all the best .

nerms - what happened at your scan hun????? thinking of you!!!

nerms, nimble and mrsb - i can do either 24th or 25th and by the looks of it, so can you all...however, i realised the other day that the marathon is on in reading on the 25th so may i suggest the 24th as it will be tricky to get in and out of reading otherwise....

nimble - sorry to hear about your headaches...i had really bad ones with downregging but none with stimms....hope they're better.

mrsb - how you doing hun??

chvonne - a great big welcome to you!!!!! you'll love this board...i'm sure i briefly spoke to you on the newbies board so welcome again!!

cook and mamacardenas - good luck with your scan girls!!

katt- I know I'm on here all the time! I love reading what others are going through and knowing that i'm not the only one! or that their stories are similar to mine.

today's the day! going to the lab in about 20 minutes. 8:30ish

so confession time- I did an HPT on tuesday (I had 1 left over from last fall) and it was negative- definite negative no faint line or anything. then immediately regretted that I had done it "too soon". Soooo... I bought 2 more last night on my way home.... did one last night and a second line is definitely forming. called DH into the bathroom- he knew I was doing it- I said, is it just my eyes or do you see another line? and he said he saw it. and then about a couple hours later I was thinking about it and asked him again- so you really saw that line right? and he says, want to dig it out of the trash? I said, I was thinking about it- (I think he was too) so we ran to the trashcan and the line was a bit darker- not much. and then I did another one this am and it was about the same- still a faint second line there though. so I'm feeling very good about today.

my mom has already emailed and passed on the "curse" to me- "I hope you have a daughter and she's just like you", she says "that really works you know- mammie (my g-ma) said the same thing to me (my mom) when I was pregnant with you." I told her I'd call her tomorrow and let her know if she's a g-ma! lol! it would be the first grandkid(s) on my side for my parents- so they're excited too.

when do the results usually come? know afternoon- but like 12:30pm or like 2? 4? I want to know for real!!!

Shantala, Mrs B and Nimble...sat might be ok for me...but then again i may have ec on that day...read on...i think you guys may need to carry on without me

I went to the clinic for yet another scan...the follies still haven't quite reached the right size...they are getting bigger but not quite there yet...so i have to carry on stimming for now...with the earliest date for EC being weds 21st...first day of spring! I have about 10-12 follies doing quite well, the rest are quite small...totalling around 21! My lining is doing amazingly...at 12.5 right now...i'm drinking pomegranite juice everyday...perhaps this is helping??? I wish there was something i could eat/drink that would help the follies grow well...anything naturally contain FSH??

So you see i may have ET on 24th(day 3) or 26th(day 5)..will have to wait and see...i have another scan on monday.

I'm going to keep this one short...no time for personals today...but you're all in my thoughts always! I'm going up to birmingham this weekend to see my mum and celebrate my sister's bday...no net access there as it's down..so will log in again on sunday..have a great weekend girls!

Kandice...I have been thinking about you all morning and you have no idea how much hope you just game me reading your "POSITIVE" post. It helps me keep my chin up and think I to can have a BFP!!!!
