I've been doing some research since my most recent BFN. Has anyone here been tested for uterine receptivity or lack of something called beta-3 integrins? Supposedly beta-3 integrins are needed to help the embryos "stick" and implant. i am considering asking for this test since we've had three failed cycles. Anyone out there with more information????

Consultation for 10th attempt using fresh sperm - Nov 09.
I was tested for uterine receptivity before my egg retrievel,it is a test to make sure that your womb lining has no nooks or crannys in so many words!
It is too make sure that your womb lining is optimum quality for an embryo to attach.
They insert a syringe full of saline into your womb lining and flush through watching on an ultrasound,it was a relatively painless procedure bit like a smear.
I presumed that everyone going through IVF would have this done?
Hope this helps
