Interesting that you mention Guatemala. There was an article in today's paper that Guatemala was coming off of the approved list of adoption countries. If I recall correctly, it was because there was so much corruption in the system, they were recommending that Americans not adopt from this country. I just feel really bad for all the children who are in their orphanages. Where will they go? Guatemala was supposed to be the 2nd largest in terms of where Americans get children. You might want to look it up on the internet somewhere, since it was just in our paper today.
