Spotting on the day of transfer

Post by Coniela »

Hello everyone,

I got my transfer yesterday afternoon and last night, I got pinkish spotting when I went to bed (10 hours later).

Needless to say that it worries me. Anyone else had that? The clinic did not mention anything about this.
BTW. Transfer was very very painful, much worse than EC. The physician said my cervix was really small. They were able to transfer 4 embryos. 2 good quality, 2 not so good quality. 2 were 4 days old, 1 was 2 days old and 1 was 1 day old.

Thanks,

Coniela

dear conelia

first of all congrats on having your embies back...unfortunately i cant help as i'm only on my first cycle but i understand why you feel worried....is it possible you could phone your clinic to ask?? at my clinic you can leave a message at weekends and someone gives you a call back...it might put your mind at rest...

good luck and keep us updated!!

Hi Coniela,
Don't worry about spotting after transfer. Its quite normal.During my 1st ivf - i had no spotting after transfer. I got a BFN.During my 2nd FET i had spotting after transfer and even few days before blood test. I was also very worried. But i got a BFP. so just stay positive and good luck to you.
