Early pregnancy symptoms???

I am 10dp5det and am not experiencing any pregnancy symptoms and am starting to worry. I do have some mild cramping, which freaked me out earlier this week. My blood test is tomorrow. I also took a HPT today and it was negative. Has anyone out there been in this situation and were pregnant? Should I be feeling anything this early on?

I am 5 weeks pregnant with twins and feel wonderful. I have not had any symptoms of anything, other then full boobs and that's from the progesterone. Good luck.

Do not worry at all. I was right where you are. I took two HPT's and both were a BFN before my blood work and now I'm 11 weeks PG with twins and still have absolutely no symptoms other than being a bit more tired. Those HPT's are the devil! Just have faith and I'll be hoping and praying for a BFP for you!!!
