Sonya, thanks for your kind words. You really sound a bit shaken up - just try to stay put and take good care of yourself, OK? Luckily DH is back to help and support you!

Stephanie, I'm sorry to hear about your doctor's visit today being such a disappointment. I know exactly how that feels - DH is also very into participating in these things and being there for me, but once he just got held up so that there was absolutely nothing he could do. He hated it as much as I did (or probably more because he felt he was really letting me down) but I still couldn't help being a little bit upset. It's good that you know your DH is really trying - sometimes things just happen. But only once, right

MamaCardenas and Nimble, good luck with your Friday scans (Nimble - the last one!!!! Yippee!).

Sha and Nimble, thank you for asking - no bump as of yet (unless you see my bloated tummy in the evening....). I guess there's some "general thickening" going on, but no baby tummy. I want one!!!! (might actually feel preggo then - no symptoms is great in the sense that I feel fine, but it's also nerve-wrecking...). But I think it might appear quickly when it comes, as I SHOULD start showing early with my forward-tilted uterus.

And Shantala, once more: BABYDUST GALORE!!!!!!

Hi I got phonecall from hospital about an hour ago...out of 16 eggs, 13 were mature and 7 have fetilised...perhaps not as high as i would have hoped...but quality not quantity. Just praying they grow well. Is 7 a good number?

Shantala...hope you're ok...feel on a bit of a downer after hearing your news..thinking of you.

Kandice....waiting to hear your 3rd beta result.

Shantala- I posted on your testing thread but once again just wanted to tell you I'm so sorry for your BFN. It's just not fair!!!! I hope you and DH can bounce right back. There are a lot of ladies on here that can attest to the second time being the charm and I pray that's the case for you as well. Lots of love...

Nerms- I think that's a GREAT fert report. 7 embryos is a lot to work with. And the fertilization rate is spot on. When we first started the process my RE said that generally they aim for at least 50% fertilization so I'd say you should be happy with 7 out of 13. Now grow embies grow!! Are you doing a 3 or 5 day transfer. So excited for you sweetie!

Jill- Don't get down just yet sweetie. as you've seen with quite a few ladies on here those follies can have a growth spurt over night!! I hope that your next scan they've decided to wake up a little. PMA!!

shantala-I posted in your other thread too, I am so sorry! lots of prayers and thoughts to get you through this time- glad your DH is with you today!

not much for me today- waiting the news onthe 3rd beta. I gave blood a little over 30 minutes ago- the earliest i got news was 11 and latest was 2:30 est, so hopefully inthe next few hours....

dh and I are going to a fundraising dinner tonight for catnip cotillion- lol- where we adopted our cat from, so staying a little bit later at work tonight- be back later!

(after taking my HPT i had to call the clinic to inform them of the result....the minute they get back to me i'm gonna ask them when i can start again...i think its in 3 months but i'll definitely ask...

I went for my baseline u/s and they said everything looks great so far, so I stop bc pills on 03/26 wait for AF then call Dr office and start stims on approx. 04/01

Shantala, I am SO sorry it didn't work this time around. Hopefully you and DH will have time to just hang and comfort each other. Big hugs to you!

I am, however, really glad to read of the PMA and the will to succeed that comes through in your last message - you're so right honey, it didn't work this time but it will so keep at it!!! We're all thinking of you and and the BFP will come.

nerms - 7 is great hun!!! do you do a 2 or 3 day transfer?? remember i had 5 and all 5 fertilised so dont you give up!! 7 is great!!!

marcia - i had a dream last night that my last post offended you. i know its only a dream but if i did i'm sorry. i'm glad you got the stats and you're going to ask about the PCOS...but all i was trying to get across was not to rely on the stats too much!!

Shantala-I am so sorry...most of us know exactly what you are going through. You sound like you are puttng on a brave face. It is OK to be sad and upset...let it out and you can go on..3rd time is a charm!!! I am sure of it!!!! I got right back on the horse and I only had to wait 5weeks before starting stim meds again. Found out BFN on 2/12 and started stims on 3/21. Maybe you can start sooner than 3 months. Tell DH we are thinkng of he as well.
