Hi all, day 9 of 2ww for me. I was just wondering, whats the earliest anyone has tested and got a positive hpt? Also, i understand blood tests will give a (positive) result a day or two before a hpt? climbing the walls here. helen

Helen I don't know about blood tests but I have found from past experiences not to test. My clinic says it can give a wrong reading and it can make you go even mader. I tested once for the last three days and it kept giving me -ve. But it was wrong. Keep strong i know its easy for me to say now and everyone is different and it is so hard not too as it only takes 3 minutes. If your really desparate just do it. I will be thinking of you Helen R

Dear Helen I tested +ve 14 dys after implantation with a urine test kit from boots designed for early testing ( it could work a couple of days before periods due is what I think it said on the side of the kit) Anyway good luck the torture is nearly over! love Annie
