Shantala, Thanks i'm doing ok, heard nothing from clinic yet, but i cannot do tests until 8 weeks and its only been 4, i am getting more patient.
Spoke to my GP about the NHS list fiasco and they are expecting answers in the next couple of weeks, if they cancel, i will not get my free go until i'm 39, so next year.
regarding your AF, mine is always more painful after a cycle,amount pretty much the same although i tend to have a day of nothing in the middle. I have had my 2nd AF bang on time and also 10 days late. Hope this helps, also my clinic make us wait 3 full AF's after a fresh cycle. So we go again day 21 after the 3rd AF. Frozen cycles we can piggyback if they are BFN's, but if like me its apositive i have to wait 2 AF's before starting. Their protocol is to give your boby time to recover but i do know all clinics are different. Hope your not too confused.

as for me, i've called my clinic for the third time today after my BFN asking why they still havent called me back. they've apologised and said they would get someone to call me later (thats what they said friday so we'll wait and see)...its a shame coz i havent been able to fault them so far....anyway, i'm excited about what they'll say. just hope its all good and we can start again in 3 months or so....will keep you updated on what they say!

Good afternoon ladies!

Shantala - thanks for the well wishes! I hope your clinic gets back to you soon!
Well we had 2 embryos defrosted this morning and they both made it - which is great because it means we still have 4 frozen for brothers and sisters later. They were both grade 1, (2 day) one 4 cell, and the other had gone from a 4 cell to a 3 cell - they didn't seem concerned though?
The transfer went ok - the procedure didn't hurt as much as last time but was more uncomfortbale because my bladder was too full Last time they told me off because it wasn't full enough and this time it was too full! I can't win!
So I am PUPO and officially on princess status! I do a HPT on the 10th April - which is a day before my birthday - so it will either be a crap one or the best one yet! If the pregnant ladies in the group could shovel me any spare sticky baby dust you have, that would be much appreciated!

NO NO NO NO NO AF thought she was on her way (TMI) I had a few spots of red earlier and needless to say I was jumping up and down excited and damn it the ***** did a U turn and nothing since.

hi ladies.

I just got back from the dr's my levels are ok , but not the greatest or where they will like to see them, my level sunday was 64 and today was 101 , they like to see it double, they said i might need an extra day for those # to rise more where they want to see them, they are somewhat concern but it could be a lot of things, late implantation?, the lost of i embie... or just nothing...so they want me to continue what i'm doing since I'M PREGNANT THANK GOD AND WANT TO CONTINUE THIS WAY....

And take the test on Thursday any of u has gone thru something similar?? any words of support will help and so lots,lots, of prayers for my beanies....

Hi Girls, I know it's been awhile, but I'll tell you why I was missing in action later.... First things first...

Shantala, I was devestated to read your news. I was sooo hoping for your BFP. Stay positive hon, I know it's really hard. Your time will come.

Susette, A HUGE contratulations to you on your BFP. I'm so happy for you. I know you're over the moon.

ANGE: OH MY GOD! TWINS!!!!! I JUST KNEW IT! I was jumping up and down when I saw your post.

I know I've missed a lot of you, but bare with my while I catch up on the last several pages.

As for me, Me and DH went away for a few days of skiing. On my 4th trip down the hill, I wiped out and tore the ACL ligament on my left knee right in half. It was pretty awful. I couldn't walk at all for about 4 days. It's starting to get better, but went to the Orthopedic specialist, and looks like it will require surgery to repair. I'm not moving forward with that though until after IVF. That's most important you know. I went on BCP as most know, and have gained 2 lbs since starting them. UGH! I was so dissapointed. I can't afford to gain any weight right before IVF, as I know I will put on a little with the shots. I did last time. I'm pretty much going to have to starve to keep it off before retrieval. It's really hard now, especially since I can't exercise at all because of my knee. EEK! What a sucky time for that to happen. So, I'm back to stressing the weight thing.

[b]AUNTIE[/b]: I started to post this the other day, and got through the whole story and my computer crashed, so I had to start all over. I was soooo mad. But... here goes. I saw this lady several months back. She was posting on e-bay. She had found a stray dog under her steps. She rescued him, and took him to the vet. It was found that he required multiple surgeries, and treatment to get him back to health. The woman could not afford this, so she posted the story on e-bay asking for help. She gave the name of the Dr. etc. for people to make donations to. You would not believe the outpouring of help she got from people all over the world that saw her plea. I sent money, and kept in touch with her after. She said the response was amazing. People just started sending money. I figure, if they can do that for a dog, I'm sure people would be even more thrilled to do that for someone's who's entire life is this desire to have a child. Any way, it's just a thought. I was thinking about it, and thought it was a great idea. I'm sure many of us would be thrilled to post letters, etc... and attach it to your story.

Also..... I read this article today and thought of you. It's about a Florida based company called fertiledreams.org. They provide funding for IVF cycles for couples that can not afford the treatment further. It was started by an infertility Dr. They award grants to couples. It works like this..... You submit an application, and an essay outlining strugles with infertility, etc.... A committe of nine Drs and lawyers selects the couples that receive the grant. The grant is for $10,000 for an IVF cycle anywhere in the US. You do not have to be a FL resident. It was an awesome article. You should look into it. I was so excited when I saw it and thought of you! Please check it out. AGAIN, It's called FERTILEDREAMS.ORG
