Progesterone FET - what sort/how much?

I had my FET on Thursday 22/3 - 4 days ago. I'm taking one pessary morning at 5am and one 12 hours later, lying down for half an hour afterwards. I'm finding that around an hour or so before I'm due to do it, I'm getting lower back pain similar to pre AF pain.
I have pessaries from a different pharmacy as well as some Crinone. I've seen women on other boards say their RE's have said it's impossible to overdose on progesterone. I'm thinking of increasing to 3 per day or maybe adding one Crinone at night before bed.
What are you taking post FET for progesterone support and how much?

I AM IN PROGESTERONE SHOTS ONCE A DAY 1CC FROM A WEEK BEFORE MY TRANSFER ON 3/16, IALSO WAS HAVING CRAMPING AND BACK ACHE , IJUST TESTED ON 3/25 AND GOT A BFP!!

SO IT COULD BE THE MEDS, I DON'T KNOW ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD BE TAKING BUT LIKE I SAID I AM ON 1CC SHOT OF PROGESTERONE AND CONTINUE ON IT TILL I AM 8-10 WEEKS INTO THE PREGNANCY.

I'm 3 weeks post transfer with a BFP (YAY!) and I'm on an oral version of the progesterone. I was taking it three times a day up until transfer with no side effects. Then it got cut back down to one after BFP. I just place 5 ml of it under my tongue and wait for it to dissolve, swallow the rest. I guess it's a newer version of progesterone. I was just happy not to have to do so many shots since I have to take anti-clotting shots 2x a day as it is. Hope this helps!

WOW H- THAT IS A VERY NEW VERSION ON PROGESTERONE AND VERY GOOD.. MY BUTT HURTS OUCH!! FROM THE SHOTS OF PROGESTERONE , BUT THAT IS GREAT I WILL INQUIRE IN MY DR'S ABOUT IT
