anyone starting Lupron meds today?

Hi,
First timer here to IVF started my first shots last night.SO SCARY.It really wasn't that bad.I'm on Lupron.Just looking for some support,helpful advice,etc.Thanks!!!

The lupron is the easy part. The stimulation meds are the fun part. They tend to be more uncomfortable but tolerable. The rapid hormone changes and ovary swelling are the worst part and even that is not that bad until near the end. Then you will probably move on to progesterone oil injections......not fun!! They go into the muscle. It's a scary journey but also exciting. If you get a baby you will look back and think that the whole process was well worth all of your efforts. I have 1 IVF baby and working on #2.....currently waiting on the pregnancy test. Good luck!

I started my lupron on march 26th, it is my first IFV ICSI and so far it is going easy, we'll see though. Good luck to you!
