Hi everyone, the lab just called and the report is that all of the embies are growing nicely. My ET is tomorrow at 10:30am. I am so excited, my babies are about to come home WOO HOO. I will let everyone know how things go tomorrow. Sorry no time for personals I have to go help my husband with his race car since I won't be able to help him next week. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Quita – my clinic told us that we can have sex as normal, don’t have to wait for a certain amount of time, but sorry I don’t feel at all like it and plus those peccaries yuk, DH can stay well away

Mama – wooooooo hooooooo you have your little ones home, hope they are smuggling in well, its soooo nice to have them home where they belong.

Marcia – don’t you just hate it when the PC plays up, 20 days off wow, I thought I was lucky with 13, don’t think I would want to go back after 20!!!! Sit back and enjoy it honey.

Steph – good luck with your EC hope you get lots of good quality eggies.

Anie – glad your follies are growing for you, so are you triggering tonight or tomorrow, whichever one hope all goes well.

Rae – Vegas and Grand Canyon, you luck thing, hope you have a fab time.

As for me I have picked up a stomach bug from somewhere, that’s all I have done since around 7 last night is throw up and run to the loo, it couldn’t have come at a worse time, keep on asking DH if I have hurt the embies from straining to be sick hope they are ok in there.

I am on day 4 of stimms and had the stretchy egg white clear cervical mucus! Is this ok, normal in a IVF cycle???

In a natural cycle with me it means Ovulation will be in the next day or 2!!! A little worried, but sure it's ok!! Just need some of you expert to re-assure me!!!

Well the trigger went well and now I have the day off. It was much needed. My DH is so cute. Yesterday we went to the grocery store and today he is cooking all my favorite food so I will have plenty to eat this week. He is on vacation this week to take care of me. Every time I try and help him he tell me to get my big fat ovaries and high estrogen level self out of his kitchen…the eggies need to rest. LOL He is amazing. I go in at 8:15am and I wish this day would hurry up and be over…I wish I could go to sleep and wake up tomorrow. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me…I need a lot of eggs so I can have some non-needed snow babies…I will not need them because I am getting a BFP! I don’t think I can do the shot thing again. It is just too hard in the body and mind.

I will let everyone know as soon as I can tomorrow as to how many we get!!!

same thing happened to me, i phoned my clinic and they said it was nothing to worry about, i thought i was ovulating, but the nurse assured me that it was not the case and was due to all the hormones.

Oh well, that sounds re assuring!!! Im sure it's ok, I will call clinic 2moz anyway, my tummy is well bloated tonight!!! I am sittin' here with my jeans undone!! Phew!!! I feel so fat!!!

Hi Ladies,

I just got a call from our clinic today and it’s a go for me to trigger tonight at 7:30 PM my EC will be 4/3 (Tuesday) at 7:30 AM. OMG shots free tomorrow Today’s u/s result follies were measured up to 22mm lots of matured one. So excited!!

Quick questions: Anyone know if I can return unused follistim, Ganerilix and menopur?
Yesterday I just spent additional $400 plus for 300 IU follistim, 1 box of 250ug Ganirelix, and one 75 menopur, because my nurse told me the wrong info. She told me that very high possibilities that I will trigger Monday night instead on Sunday night after she told me that I was a little worried because my meds are enough till Sunday night only, so just to be safe I bought additional meds for me to use for Monday morning and now I’ve found out that I will trigger tonight so I don’t need those additional meds I bought yesterday because I don't need the follistim and menopur tonight. We are self pay on this cycle so I really hate to spend additional $400 plus for the meds that I don’t need, considering this cycle cost a lot of money. Anyone has experience returning unused meds to their Pharmacy? Did anyone have any unused meds leftover, and if so what you did with it? Seems like a really big waste for this really expensive meds.

Well, my test results came back: bfn

DH took me across the Golden Gate Bridge to enjoy the warm CA weather this weekend. We'll see the Dr. soon for a follow-up consultation. I'll have to start w/ the injections again bcuz no FE.
Anyone else going for a 2nd try soon?

Nicolamark, when I did the regular cycle, I had so much mucus of all sorts of consistencies, so do not worry too much. My Dr. said that the hormones were making my body react as if it were in different parts of my cycle, just accelerated.

Smattison, I cannot wait to hear your numbers!

Karma_k, I am sorry to hear that, I went through the same thing last month, but do not give up. We gave it a second try right away and it did not pose a problem. I will pray for you. [HUGS]

Dont think, you can return the drugs, cant here anyway, parhaps your clinic would pass them to another patient for yu?? xx

With Ref to the drugs, i know that in the uk no Pharmacy or hospital will except drugs back that have left the building. This is due to the temp regulations that apply to the drugs. The hospitals and Pharmacy has to ensure that the drugs stay in a controled enviroment, and once a drug has been given out, it can not be returned to the stock (they will except drug returns for disposal).

i have seen a thread which is advertising drugs for sale, maybe you could add into that or even start your own at least that way you will get some money back for them.
