Well it's BFN for us, I just coudn't believed it, my RE told us everything was perfect my lining was perfect, and we transfered 2 excellent blast, what the hell is the problem I don't know. This really sucks.. I thought I'm pg because I have lots of symptoms but we can't really trust our body because of all of this meds we took. At least we have 4 frozen embryos. I have Dr appoinments on May 2, we gonna discuss the procedure for our FET. Can anyone share to me thier FET success?

Thank you all ladies for all the support.

Daly i did not have to take anything. What excatly was it for and is it standard with all of you????

Christine best of luck with ET.

BWHD best of luck tomorrow with ET.

Anie any news yet???? hoping it is a BFP.

Donna how is life??? You still going demented as i said earlier too soon for bfp. will you do one everyday now to see it change to BFP. Daly and me will be watching with intrest. Still very few symptoms with me. had two freinds get BFP today an dboth of them were convinced it was negative as one was bleeding and the other had severe pains. so there is hope for us all.

Hey ladies - thanks for all the well wishes, but we are officially a bust - BFN. I really had hoped #4 would do it, but no such luck, Having been at IVF (#1-4!!) for almost a year straight, and having been trying every month since 8/04 (incl. 2 m/c's at 5 & 6 wks, respectively), I think we are going to take some time off, regroup, reconnect with each other, and simply try to relax about it all. Maybe I can get back into shape (finally!), lose the hormones' weight (the dreaded 10 lbs that will not budge since round #2), and have some fun for a while without worrying about shots, what we eat, drink, how we play, etc. Basically, we 're taking a vacation from ourselves for a while.... It's terribly disappointing, and if I think about it too long, I'll cry (again!) - but, the trick is to keep busy and find joy elsewhere for a while. I'm confident we can and that somehow, some way, this will all work out....

I'll check back periodically, and maybe see some of you (hopefully not!) on the boards later in the summer or next fall if we give it another go.

Best,
Lisa :)

Annie....I am so sorry about your results, don't try to find something wrong, sometimes it is like that, everything is great and still you have a BFN, remember it is not a 100% effective, so this time you were unlucky and couldn't get pg, but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you, keep trying, you will finally get pg!!!!!, wish you all the best!!

Lisa....that sucks, I know, after #4 it is a good idea to take a break, I actually took a break after my prior cycle, it wasn't totally voluntary, but I ended up taking a couple of months off, and let me tell you that they were very renovating, you will be able to recharge batteries and come back later much better!!!!. Wish you the best!!!!

Donna....so you will go crazy HPT'ing (just invented a new verb  ), I did the same on my last cycle, first on 7dp3dt I had a negative and after 10dp3dt I started having positives, everytime darker, it was amazing, I couldn't stop testing  , I must have financed all the HPT's companies at that time!!!!. Well good luck with yours and, as Susan said, give us the daily report

Jackie....great fert report!!!, 9 embies is great!!!, you have a whole family there  . So you are doing PGD??, good luck with it!!!

Christine.....I am sorry to hear about your m/c's in the past, I had one too and that is why we are being cautious too about not telling people...

Daly......ohhh you must have gone nuts last night!!, it is horrible when that happens and even worse at night because you don't have anybody to consult it with!!. Did you call your RE?, I would call to make sure it is ok, most probably it is, don't believe everything you read on internet.....

You guys are truly the greatest. For the first time I feel better today after ready your posts. Just to know people care and are going through this craziness with me really makes all the difference. I didn't call RE, because I can't imagine there is anything he can say. I missed one of the critical medrol doses that help protect assissted hatching embies from being killed by the immune system. It is too late to correct that. Either my little ones are OK or not at this point. I do seem to have increased boob pain today which is a very good sign for me as I get very litle from progesterone in general and always wonder if I'm absorbing anything  I will definately tell RE tomorrow at my E2, progesterone blood draw what happened. I can't get over how careless I was!

Vicki - You are so right about being cautious of what you read on the internet. I could not sleep and finally had to watch abc.com tv episodes. I caught up on Desperate Housewives and watched the new show "Underbelly" about pregnant woman. Not sure if that was a good choice or not. :?

Lisa - I'm so sorry. I'll be taking a break after this one also. I completely support your plan and understand the exhaustion of doing this for years. My dh and I dream of the days before infertilitiy. Enjoy yourselves. Your baby is coming, only taking his/her precious time for now.

Anie - I'm so sorry to hear your news. Sounds like everything went really well nad that is good news for next time. My friend had very same experience of perfect blasts on 2 IVFs (male factor, She stims great) She got pregnant with the follow up FET both times. Now has 2 beautiful girls/ For some reason, the FET is what always worked for her. No reason why. Keeping my fingers crossed for your beautiful frosties.

Susan - I'm in complete agreement nominating Donna to be our POAS champ and giving us the go ahead to POAS after she gets her amazing BFP in the next couple days. Regarding this darn medrol, I read alot of clinics give medrol (methylprednisone or a steroid) during any IVF ER to ET time, but that it is not backed up by any studies. HOwever, AH adds a problem in that the shell is disrupted and makes the embie more fragile. So, the study was pretty convincing of the need for Medrol in AH situations for 4-7 days. I'll see what RE thinks tomorrow, but I don't think there's anything to be done at this point. I really should know better and keep kicking myself. How is your father doing? I hope he's making a good recovery.

Donna - I'm looking forward to your next pee stick report tomorrow. AS I've said, I really have a good feeling about your bfp. I only hope I'm able to join you on the "other side"! Are you getting blood tests tomorrow?

Jackie - Wow Nine!!! That is really great. Keeping everything crossed for you pgd. Do you want to know the sexes of what they are putting back in?

Christine - STICKY STICKY STICKY!!!

Not sure if anything i'm writing is making sense and feel I'm rambling. Babydust to everyone I've missed. I only had 3 hours of sleep and feel my brain going soft (it wasn't that firm to start with )

Hello Ladies

Just wanted to say a quick hello to all of you. I hope all my 2ww's buddies are doing ok. I feel my normal self since yesterday, Day 2 since ET. Only geting light cramping 1 or twice a day and thats pretty much it.

Dont know why, but Im not stressing about it just yet. Maybe being so busy at work (Im an Office Manager for 80 staff! ) keeps my mind occupied

Couple of close friends at work know that im on 2ww and keep giving me  everytime they see me.

I have so many babies born around me, my best friend is in labour today & another one due in 2wks YEAH!!!

Warm wishes to all of you. Although I dont post very often, I am religiously reading all your progress updates. Thinking of you all!

Good Morning ladies!
I am 7dp3dt. HPT test today was negative!
I have had some cramping in the front and a tiny bit of brownish discharge today. Sorry to be so gross! I have had a headache for 3 days now that won't go away. I am still having lower backache cramps(the kind I have with AF). My boobs are still killing me. I am very emotional too!

I don't think I am pregnant. I think I am just having reactions to the meds! My emotions are like a roller coaster!

How are you all doing today?

I read this study and from what I read, it said that people have ICSI have lower HCG numbers and it talkes longer for the embryo's to implant into the uterus.

http://humrep.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/co ... /15/6/1221

Let me know what you all think. Maybe I am reading that wrong!!
