Hi Ladies,

Well we had our Embryo Transfer done today and they were both 8 Cells and Grades A & B so we couldn't really hope for any better for a Day 3 transfer. I'm uncomfortable mainly due to my ovaries still measuring over 7mm - which looked huge on the Ultrasound machine. The Ultrasound Tech said it's no wonder I'm still in some pain after the ER. A few changes the doctor advised us of is that they don't do a Progesterone check anymore and the bedrest time is only 2 days when it used to be 4. So those are two differences from the last time we did IVF in 2005. They do the pregnancy tests in 12 days so I'm looking at May 1, 2007 - 2 days after my 37th birthday. But my DH and I agreed that we are still going to play it safe and have me take it easy for the 4 days. It's a little hard as I cannot lift my daughter - but luckily DH is working from home for the next 4 days.

I wish the very best for everyone and greatly appreciate the support you have all shown. As far as those who have had negative results - Bless you in you future tries and you will have your little angels before you know it. Hang in there.

Just posting an update! AF was due today. . . we are still getting BFN on the HPT. . . AF has not shown. Sharon is having mild cramping kinda like AF is coming. I guess we will have to wait and see. However, it is looking like we will be moving into the may cycle now. Getting prepared to do this all again. We are trying to find a better way to get more accurate temps, I don't know why but this time her temps were all over the place. So I am reading everything I can get my hands on to figure out what happened and know exactly when she will O. This time we didn't really get a strong +OPK. But everything else was in line.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to be positve about when you O? I think this is our biggest problem.
Good luck to the rest of you that are still in the game this time around. And for those who will be trying again. . . I am soooo sorry. I know most of you have been at this way longer than us, and it is so emotional.

CroElla - I am so sorry to hear your news. (((((hugs)))))) to you. There are no words really. Just know we are hear for you.

As for me, I started stims today!!! Hooray! My first follie scan is on Monday. I am hoping for a good response and that pesky cyst to have disappeared.

Yes were going to try again, we have 4 remaining blast frozen I have Dr appoinment on May 2 to discuss the FET procedure. I hope it would be succesfull for us the second time. Goodluck on your 2ww I really hope and pray you gonna get BFP..Take care

Donna Why no test till sun???? You are our gineapig!!!!! I get blood test tomorrow so i will pee on a stick prior to going to that. I will ask the blood clinic if they can give me the results as well as it willkill me having to wait till Mon for them!!!! Any symptoms today???????

I am just the same really strong af pains and feel very sick with nerves. DH says that my (.)(.) are definately changing colour and are getting darker and the nipple is getting bigger.i tell him that is the progesterone , he just smiles.

I Tested again today. I did two different kinds. Both said negative. I am 8 days post 3 day transfer. I really don't think I am prego. I think all the symptoms I have been having is from the meds.

Am I still testing too soon? I am going to wait till sunday to test again. I know I said that yesterday. LOL. But I heard a few people say they didnt get the BFP till 10 days post 3 day transfer.

I am so depressed over all of this I didn't even go to work. As you can see I am a very impatient person.

I was thinking of going to a local clinic that would draw my blood today, and see if I have any HCG.....but I don't want to jinx things.....

I am still cramping, boobs hurt, I am emotional,and tired all the time....no bleeding. AF is due in 3 days....

DODDO: I think you are testing too early hon. Hang in there. Those HPT's are evil! I did them too. I also thought about going to a urgent care clinic to get a test. I was going crazy. It's so hard to wait. Just try to relax. I feel bad even telling you that, because I know how miserable the 2ww is. Take care dear! Maybe try testing again in a few days.

thank you big white happy dog. I have been so emotional. my cell phone broke and I called customer service crying on the phone. I have been crying a lot today.

I read your post and started to cry. I don't know if I am pmsing or not. hopefully not! my boobs still hurt and I am still cramping. so atleast I know the progesterone is working. how do u stay so strong?

oh I wondered if any of you are taking prenatal vitimins and follic acid?

yea I go on the 26th. But since u and daly have yours scheduled for Monday, then I would assume if I am pregnant it would show up by sunday.

Are you taking an hpt test soon? Aren't you having your blood drawn tomorrow.

Stupid question, I know that HCG enters the bloodstream first, how long after that does it enter the urine?

Donna I full heartedly join you in the insanely inpatient realm. Hmmm, hadn't thought of going to urgent care....
The problem with the evil addictiave pee stick created by satan is that the pee can be dilute and the hcg can take a little longer to rise enough to be deteccted in the urine. I'm one of those people that pee constantly and I'm usuallly a day latler then avg on getting a positiave. My embies are also a little on the slow tside to take up growth. And we all have variation in implantation time. Lets not lose hope. I'm peeing again tomorrow.

Donna......hang in there girl, on my last cycle I also decided to POAS too early, I started on 7dp3dt and they were negative, needless to say I was so dissapointed, the same way you feel now, and then on 10dp3dt a faint line started to appear, and it became everyday darker and darker, so hang in there, you are still too early!!!

Daly i can assure you i am not grounded i am as nervous as get out. I did a really stupid thing earlier and i did n old test that i got free with my ovulation sticks from the net andit was -ive so i been really upset for most of the day. i am hoping that it was wrong and tomorrow will have better results. I hav eblood test tomorrow but will not get the results till mon and that will kill me

I will speak to you all tomorrow.
