Sharon,

I had a cyst and I had to wait for it to be completely gone to start a new cycle. I don't think you can start a cycle if you have a cyst because the stims will make it worse. My accupuncturist told me to drink lots of grapefruit juice and stay away from dairy products. I ended up having to wait an extra 3 weeks to start cycling again.

Good Luck,

Michelle

Hi. I think it depends on your dr. I ended up with a cyst from last month's IUI Repronex cycle. My RE and I decided to go ahead with the IVF in May. He put me on Lupron until the beg. of May and told me that should shrink it up. If my cyst is still there on April 30th, then my RE will aspirate it. Ouch. I guess they are not going to let it stop anything, and if it won't go away on its own then they will take care of it. I really hope it is gone as I am getting sick of being tortured by drs.
HTH.
