Tams, I think things will go well tomorrow. I would give the doctor a swift kick, how insensitive!

Quita, we seem to be on a similar life track… Birthdays in October, wedding anniversaries in May, giving birth December, lol we must be long lost sisters! BTW what is Zante?

Reward74, I will be getting my scan after you, so I expect to hear (read) great news from you when I log on!

Mrs. B, I feel the same way, I know I see a bump (that should not be here yet). I am to the point that I hate wearing pants, I love my dresses, boy are they comfy! My husband thinks I am crazy, but I enjoy my protrusion anyways even if it was the sandwich that I just ate! LOL

I will repost the list tomorrow evening with updates!

Hello everyone. I am 10p3dt and I had a bfp yesterday on my hpt and it was a lot darker today! This will put me at a due date of 12/31.

My beta is this thursday but I am going to call the dr and see if I can get in sooner! We transfered 2 embies 1 8 celled abd the other 9 celled. I am still in shock!

Congrats to all of u!

Thank you all for your kind words and supporrt, it helps so much.
Pixiesmom, my numbers are defnitely more aorund the doubling than tripling mark (although initially they started tripling), the doctor thinks its possible that two implanted but one has started to tail off which is sad but I'll be very happy with one healthy baby! And the good news is that today my beta is up to 1046 - still not quite doubling but I feel very happy to be over the 1000 mark - feels like a milestone! Plus I am now past the point where I m/c on the first round so feels momentous.
Denise fab idea to have the list, my due date is the 26th December (Boxing day!) and my anniversary is the 4th Dec and birthday 6th May (so hoping that my scan on the 4th will be the best birthday present ever.)
Very interesting to hear the stats on boys/vs girls, it will be good to see what our little team produces! Do you want to find out what you're having before hand?

LOL Tamsxxxxxxx (who is now feeling that this might actually be going to happen!!)

Thanks for all the good vibes you girls sent - Tams, Pep23, Cookholmes (how was your scan?), pixiesmom and everyone!!

Hi Everyone - I haven't posted in a very long time. I am sorry but I have been extremely busy with work. There have been so many new people who have joined the group and I am so glad to be a part of a very supportive group. Everyone seems to be progressing along greatly

Cookholmes - I love the list. Thanks for organizing all of this!

Reward - Congrats on your little bean.

Quita - I can't wait to hear all about your scan. Thanks for asking about me earlier. Everything is fine but it is so hard to keep up with everything when work seems to be so pressing.

I agree with what a few of you ladies said about this long agonizing wait - 2ww is nothing compared to this. I just want to know that everything is going to be fine. I haven't really had any symptoms other than tender breasts and peeing a lot. I wish I had more symptoms - DH says to beware of what I ask for.

My appointment this Friday is suppose to be my last appointment with the specialist. It's bitter sweet. I've been with them for some time now and I feel like they know me best. But I can't wait to meet my OBGYN and his staff.

Due date 12/28
Birthday 12/28 - Wouldn't it be a great b-day gift if I actually delivered on this day :D
Anniversary 11/1

Hope everyone has a great week!

Welcome Donna!

Tams, that is bitter sweet news, but I am glad that you at least have one strong fighter in there! I definitely need to know what we are having before hand! I am too much in the need to be in control of what I can control! LOL

Reward, that is a strong heartbeat!!

Clarissa, I thank Quita for starting the thread I just have too much time on my hands to have been able to create the list, lol. Also I agree with your DH, I was wondering about what was going on myself and now I can't stop gagging! Ech!

As for us, we saw not one but TWO!!! It is twins! I am so excited, but my DH turned bright red when he saw the second one on the screen, he could not believe it! He started to tear up and then he pulled out his calculator and figured out how much diapers would cost the first year. It was funny! My DH and I had a bet, I thought it was two and he thought it was one and I won!! One heartbeat was 138 and the doctor did not measure the other, but it was less, so I think we have a girl and a boy in there!

Mrs. B, Quita, Pep23 and Clarissa, I can't wait to hear your good news!!!

Clarrissa

Do you work for Heat mag? Do you have Heat over there in texas? It's the best.

For Pixie and all other stats fan's this is what I read.

Natural fertility by Nikki Bradford

Boy or Girl? Your chance to choose (LOL we should be so lucky)

DID YOU KNOW?

First-borns are more often boys than girls.

The number of girls and boys born varies with the seasons. In America, for instance, the peak month for boy babies is June.

Older couples are more likely to have daughters

The baby's father's job seems to make a difference.
If he works in a pub or brewery or is an anaesthetist his partner is more likely to produce girl babies. This may be due to the chemicals used in asaesthesia, and the oestogen-encouraging properties in alcohol.

Men is highly stressful careers, stock exchange taders and astronauts, have more girls. This may affect the balance of men's sex hormones (see stress and infertility)

There are more baby boys born in some countries than others. The boy:girl ratio in Greece is 113:100; in the Gambia and in Korea it is 116;100 and in Hong Kong it is 105:100.

Women treated with the ovulation-enhancing drug clomifene are more likely to have girls.

Love to you all talk to you after scan on Thurs. Pray for me. xxxxxxxxx
