sex in early pregnancy

hiya im nearly 8 weeks pregnant and was wondering if sex in early pregnancy is ok.i have actually had sex a few times but worried after even though everything was fine .also my sister in law got told by her g.p when she was overdue with her baby that her partners sperm would help get things going.?this is a bit scary anyone else out there in early stages and worried?

I think it depends on the person. In our case DH and I are still "restricted" because at my first u/s my ovaries were still pretty large. But I would think that if your doctor has not mentioned it there is no problem!

My RE said that after your 2ww, everything is a go unless there is reason not to. I've also read, been told, and think it's true that if you opt not to have sex it's still really important to make your make feel like he had intimate moments with you. Sex may not be as important to us but to men it's their way of feeling close to their spouse and for some it's the best way they can communicate.

For everyone it's different but we've been having sex since after the 2ww and all is fine. Although, now some positions aren't comfortable anymore so we jsut avoid those. It's just a personal choice unless your RE gives you reason not to.

I just found out that I was pregnant with a good HCG. The day after my test I had normal symptoms of my period coming. I tend to have naughty dreams and then have an orgasm (a real one) while I sleep.
Last night that is what happened and I had severe cramping for a while after. I am so scared that I have lost the baby, no bleeding or cramping now. I have my second HCG today. Hopefully, nothing bad happened between then and now.

I have been praying all night but I still worry.

Please advise.
