Hi Tony -
I suffered with a lot of headaches. Everything I have ever read and heard from doctors is that it is perfectly safe to take Tylenol on occasion. This helped me immensely. I also saw a chiropractor for massage and adjustments. This also helped and was a "drug free" way to cope. She may also find that drinking a coke helps, of course it is the caffeine that does the trick.

Congrats!

sorry to hear about the headaches.... i too had a ton, almost everyday... drinking a coke, not diet, and taking tylenol at the same time helped.. I also went to a chiro... and i try the cold compress on the head, or back of the neck... the best thing was just laying down in a DARK room and sleeping or resting... just hope that they do not become migranes... they are even more intense!!!

just be glda, that the headaches will pass.... just a few more weeks and they should lessen!!!

Tony~

I have just began getting these and the slight cramping. I have slept it off so far but am just a stones throw away from taking some tylenol! The cramping is just from the massive growing my RE said and a warm bath, mildheating pad, and relaxation should help us both.

I hope she is feeling better soon. Give her a great big hug and kiss an I'm sure she'll forget about it for a moment! :D

Take care~

Tony,

Poor Maria...she's like the rest of us honey. I get headaches too, luckily only twice were they bad enough to take a tylenol for but otherwise I drink lots and lots of water which my RE recommended and it works.

I have the cramps too and now stretching and itching. I think that is all just part of nature and two babies growing like crazy.

Tony tell Maria they will get better! I had the most awful daily headaches for weeks but last week they have started to clear. I know now it was nothing to do with dehydration, etc for me. just one of the more unpleasant side effects of pregnancy! I had no idea they were so common in pregnancy until coming on here!

Augh... HEADACHES!
They ARE the worst! I hardly had ANY morning sickness or anything like that, but headaches yes, they've started. I just finished taking a tylenol. Most days I can stand the headache and go about my day with the lingering headache but today it just calls for popping a pill. I try not to take it daily. Only when the pain is so bad, I can't concentrate or do chores and stuff.

But Tylenol is ok to take. =)
