I just wanted to join this message baord so that i can share my experiences with other people going through IVF.
We are on our second cycle of IVF. First cycle got 3 embryos but they were not ok to transfer.
That was a huge surprise and letdown as everything had gone so well to that point.
This time i am trying to be positive but i am finding it a little difficult.
I have had 3 miscarriages previously and so i can't help bit feel that things are not going to work out.
I have just started my injections and have my first scan for this cycle in about 2 weeks time.
We haven't told many people that we are having IVF just some family as i don't want to have to tell them that i have had 3 miscarriages and one failed IVF as somehow i feel alike a failure. Sad but true.
Anyway would love to hear from others going through the IVF cycle.

I am starting my second cycle in August after a failed cycle in Jan and a failed FET in April. I can completely understand how you feel about trying to stay positive - it is so hard, and the feeling a failure thing is echoed here too! Most of my friends and family know now and in a way it is kind of easier, because no-one asks:'when are you going to have a baby?'
