thanks for your support with my scare looking forward to our posts again this really has been a rollercoaster ride for me but ive got off that now and opted for the plain sailing ride instead now lol xxxxx

Ten weeks and two days

What a very good idea - think I'll do the same.

I made myself cheese and pickle sandwhiches this morning before I went out but the twins suddenly decided they wanted tomartos on toast for lunch instead. They are bossing me around already!

hiya how are you?i know isnt it funny ive gone off so many foods some of which someone just has to mention and im wretching i used to love these things before.i keep fancying things and then when ive got it i dont want it but think thats because i cant eat big meals.except bacon sandwiches with brown sauce could eat that all day long lol and have been as its one of the things i like at the mo. i cant eat whole meals at the mo cos my morning sickness is soo bad im having small frequent meals and that is helping.are you showing yet ?do you show sooner with twins ?? my bumps definitley prominent now

Ten Weeks and three days

I haven't gone off anything - but - like last night I made a fab dinner that took ages with pork fillet and roast peppers and then I sat down to eat it. Had about three mouthfuls and gave up. Just suddenly wasn't hungry.

So true about bacon sanies though yummy had a lot more bacon than usual since being pregnant.

I am showing used to have a flat stomach and now it sticks right out. Always looks bigger at night when it looks quite round. Haven't gone up a bra size yet which is a shame.

According to Mirriam Stoppard we should put on about 2lb in the first three months but about 20lb in the second three!!!! I don't know if I have to times that by two but that is loads!

Eleven weeks and One day

Finally got a date for my second scan yippiiiii its next Wedneday the 23rd May. Can't wait.

Saw the comunity midwife yesterday at home. She just took loads of details of me, gave me my bounty pack and took blood for all the tests we've aready had and urine probably for the same.

Hope things are still going well with you guys.

11 weeks 2 days

thats great news about your scan yours is before mine,mines 29th ill be 12 weeks 6 days then

cant wait for your news on the scan.still feeling sick somedays better than others i got sea sickness bands as people recommended them for morning sickness they seemed to help loads yesterday but today i feel yukey again.

Twelve weeks and Two days

Hi, sorry I haven't been around for a week. I just had to get my scan out of the way to feel safe.

It was magical, remember I haven't seen my babies since I was just 8 weeks and that feels like years ago.

I knew I was stil pregnant but i kept thinking how do I know that they are both alright in there.

So it was such a relief it see two litttle hearts flashing away. She checked for stomachs and bladders and the right amount of limbs - all of whcich could be seen.

But the funniest thing was that baby one was doing cart wheels in there - so active while baby two looked asleep that was until baby one kicked baby two in the head!!!!

They measured 62mm. Its amazing to think I've got 12cm of baby in there.

So in love. xxxxxxxxx

Just wanted to pop in on this thread and see how you are doing. So happy afetr your scare that you are doing fab and rolling right along!! Your scan is coming up so soon, I bet you are so excited.

So happy to hear your 12 week was so wonderful. I was worried about you when I didn't see you on the December babies thread for a while. I felt the same way after Lola's news though so I completely understand. How cazy that your babies are flipping around in there and you can't even feel it. Isn't it amazing what goes on inside our own bodies??

So is everybody feeling better now that we are past the 12 week milestone? I'm excited to be this far along but I have to be honest that it makes me nervous to be feeling so well. At least when I was tired and sick I had a constant reminder I was pregnant.

Now I don't feel pregnant and I still don't look pregnant at all. I haven't gained any weight, in fact in the past week I am down 2 pounds. And I barely have a pooch in my tummy. It scares me so much that something is wrong and I can't wait to see my little one again and know it's ok.

I will have my scan next Friday. It can't some soon enugh...I'm counting the minutes over here!!!!

Hi Steph,

You have got to stop worring my lovely. You are very pregnant and your odds don't get any better than this 99% plus!

If it makes you feel better I get very little symptoms too. Haven't even felt sick and I'm not sticking out hardly at all despite having two 62mm's there. Aparently its a sign of good stomach muscles.

Were you nice and slim to begin with?

I have been reading my sisters preg diary and its horrible every day so far she has been so so ill.

gums bleeding

nose bleeds

head aches

puking all day some days

flu cold like symptoms ( she gave up smoking the day she found out she was preg not before)

swollen ankles and hands

back ache

pains in her womb (she is a 4ft 10 nurse and they still made her lift people!)

and the worst I think... contstant thrush that didn't respone to treatment and even went green at one stage!!!! YUK YU YUK

So I am thinking myself so lucky. Eating well. Drinking well. Sleeping most days for an hour or two.

It cool that we are due at nearly the same time. Its all very exciting. I am starting to tell people which is great - such a relief. Planning to really enjoy the summer now and enjoy this pregnancy everyday.

Hi!!

My scan on Friday was wonderful. Baby looks perfect and my DH's face during the whole thing was priceless. He was so in awe. I can't believe how much the little one was moving around in there but yet I can't feel a thing. Can't wait until I feel him/her.

My tummy is finally starting to pop a little bit. Bought some maternity pants so I can breathe easier…much more comfortable.
