Thanks Meg! 8) I wasn't sure what to put, like butt something, so I thought flip side was good enough...

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO - guess who's not late, never freakin' late, and just right on time. You guessed it, your friend and mine our very ownnnn.... please give a warm round of applause for her Monthly Viewing, Auuuuuunnnnnnnnnttttttt Flow! (in my very best Radio/Sports Announcer voice)

So I called the nurse to find out what my schedule will look like and hopefully it won't interfere with the "flip side" fun!

Wow, this board is really busy today. When you ladies post, you really post. I'm not the best at personals...trying to learn everything there is to know about everyone, sorry if and when I miss people.
I love the new name :D
Well, you guys convinced me to go ahead and call my dr. I am just afraid he will postpone my IVF and I already bought the meds. So, we will see what he has to. fortunately, it is Thursday...the only day of the week that he is in the clinic.

Sassy- Wow your BIL sure sounds like a handful. Does it not just make you wonder how you have two brothers who grew up in the same house, and one turns out normal and the other...well...not so. I am sure that you hate to see him in jail, but that is probably where he, and everyone else connected to him, is safest.

Meg12- Love the whole Dirty Dancing thing. You know my parents would not let me watch that movie...had to wait until I was married to watch it. WOW!!! I didn't even think it was that "bad" of a movie. It is fun to come up with little baby nicknames though. We called ours "Gus" until the day she was born, and then we announced to everyone what her name was. It was really hard keeping it a secret for so long.

Vicky- I know what you mean about people nosing around about the whole pregnancy issue. I never know what to say. Now that I have one child they start asking when we are going to have another one. Most people don't know that we did IVF, so we just say we'll see. However, the other day at work some one asked and I snapped back that I had no tubes and as soon as she forked over $15000 for me to have a baby, I would jump on that one. I didn't mean to sound rude, but people really don't need to be asking those types of questions.

Wanna- Eat as many donuts as you can now. That is the best thing about being pregnant. You are SUPPOSED to put weight on. And you don't have to suck in your gut trying to hide the fact that you just ate half a dozen donuts. It was wonderful!!!

Mel- 27 kisses. What on earth is dh kissing up about. Did you guys have an argument last night? Just kidding. That is the only way my husband would give me that many kisses. I am lucky if he gets out of bed 10 minutes before I leave for work. Your dh sounds like such a great guy.

Jenn- The "purple" story was the best. My students were in the middle of reading when I read your post. I busted out laughing. Of course they want to know what is so funny. didn't share though. It's always good to have that one good laugh.

Fee- I understand about worrying about baby. I had a "Red flag" chart when I was pregnant with dd. Since I had IVF, I was a "close watch" patient. I think I probably went in about twice a month for sonograms just to make sure the baby was okay. If the baby didn't move for a few hours, I was in the dr. office. If I felt a pain in my stomach, I was in the dr. office. I was lucky the office worked so well with me. I agree with what everyone else says. We can't get pregnant as easily as most people, so I think we cherish our pregnancies much more. We also notice things much more. So, never worry about calling the doctors. This baby is too precious to worry about :D

Speaking of Dr. offices....Nickster....Have you heard from the doctor yet? My theory is if they don't call immediately everything must be fine. I was so mad at dh doctor when he went in for a CT scan becuase they didn't let us know if everything was clear for a whole week. Well, that didn't do us any good as he was still suffering from severe headache. Finally we took him to the emergency room where they diagnosed him with meningitis. But a week after all this they DID call to say the CT scan was clear. Sometimes dr. make me so mad.

Okay, I am going to have to quit reading y'alls posts until Monday as we are headed out of town tonight and not returning until Sunday night. I don't want to know what McDreamy is thinking or should I say doing. He's gonna make me mad if he screws around on Merideth. I must say I feel the Christina/Burke wedding will be cancelled, and I feel George will leave his wife. Season finale is next week...which is when George and wifee decide what to do.

Everyone have a wonderful day, and weekend. WIll have lots of reading to do when I get back 8)

Yay for Survivor on Sunday!!!! I don't know who I am rooting for, but I am excited none-the-less!

(I am on hold with my clinic, it looks like the stoopid flip side fun is going to interfere!) I hope not!!!

Okay - it shouldn't interfere! So that means that tomorrow 8AM, go in for U/S, then on the 14th, before bed start the Clomid and take that until Friday, and then U/S on Saturday the 19th... PERFECT!

That means that Memorial Day weekend, I get to go visit my sister and those adorable twins!

Yes I agree Mel about the prep. I had to drink the drink for my laporoscopy last Feb. It is kind of painful at the end. After all that going your bum burns. But I guess you are already experiencing discomfort anyway. I would buy some of those cottonelle wipes, kind of like a wet wipe. Becasue toilet paper doesn't feel so good after hours of going.

Mel~ OMG you are so funny! That countdown that included the rolling desk was hilarious! You crack me up. And I, as well, like the flip side ticker! I never thought about the fact that most jello is red, but it's true. That sucks. There is that Berry Blue though, oh no.. I think that's kool-aid! Well I hope you get enough Jello made. You're right, there's not a whole lot of things that are considered "clear liquid". I hope you and dh go out and have a big meal Sat. night! Speaking of dh...27 kisses...what a sweetheart!
Wouldn't you know AF would come RIGHT on time when you requested (very nicely I might add!) that she please be late. I hate that! Seems like it's never when you want it to be. I'm just glad it ended up that the colonoscopy wouldn't interfere with getting started on your Clomid.

robbo~ Hopefully they won't have to postpone your cycle. Did you hear back from them?
Have a good w/e out of town!

Jenn~ That purple part story...how funny! That would not be very good right now...purple "parts", blue toe! That would make for the most colorful IVF patient the ultrasound tech has ever scanned! How is the toe anyway? Any better? I'm glad to hear you're shooting up. Good luck on your scan tomorrow. I'll have my fingers crossed that everything is off to a good start!

Well I finally dragged it out of my dr's office that my CT was negative. Thank God! I wouldn't have been so worried if that stupid girl yesterday hadn't acted so wierd. It just made me think something was wrong.
That reminds me of a thought I had this morning. After I posted I was thinking about the prego girls worrying about noggin/nogginette and how we keep telling them not to. And immediately after that I thougt, I hope they call back soon about my CT, I am a little worried. I just thought it was ironic that we all worry about anything having to do with doctors. Do you think it's the IVF that does that to us? I'm starting to think it's a side effect of the IVF meds that makes us all insanely worry about everything! What do you girls think? Mel, I think you should use your investigative abilites and look into this for us!

Nickster- glad everything is ok with the CT scan! I'm sure you are relieved!

Oh- it is raining big fat rain here and my 70 pound puppy has crammed herself under the computer desk at my feet. She hates the rain! My big baby!

Good Morning, my Lovelies!

My appointment was good, they drew some blood, did an ultra-sound to check my ovaries and my uterus (I have 19 follies), I start taking Clomid on Monday, and take that thru Friday – then on Saturday, I go back in for another ultrasound to see how the Clomid affected my ovaries and egg production- and another blood test. And then since I have extra eggs from the Clomid we are to have extra intercourse this month – which DH is happy about… so that’s my story morning glory :)

Since we are planning a trip to Ireland next March (Well February 29th – March 8th) The problem....if by the grace of God I get pregnant this month, I am screwed on Ireland… I know, I have problems... but seriously, this is our first vacay in 12 years! But I'll jump over that bridge when I get to it!

Nicki - I am SOOOOOOO overjoyed that everything is fine with the CT scan! You are right, here we are "the pot" call the "the kettle" black, telling Fee not to worry and here we are worried about you! I have my Pharmacy list going, 1- extra Tucks pads, 2-Go Lightly (the stuff to clean me out, 3-Clomid, 4-More Jello.... my life is soooo darned exciting, I just can't take it anymore! I know my DH is a sweetie... most of the time. :D I'll start investing the phenomemon of us IVF'ers stressing more and the cause... I'll get right back to you on the results

Jenn - How's that crazy toe of yours? Did you wrap it to the other toe? Thanks for the reminder - I added the Tucks pads to my list! I hope the weather gets better soon!!! Poor puppy, scared of the rain  Bailey (our baby that died last year) had big time Storm Anxiety! SO I know what you mean.

Well, I'd better start working - I have a big wedding this weekend, and then the FUN starts on Sunday - so don't forget your mission, post until you can't post anymore! I need something to do while I am on the THRONE-O- LOVE!

XXOO!!

Hey girls....
Here is the update for the Food Files:
So we had this hoity-toity dinner last night. FIL fancies himself a conossieur of gourmet food, so whenever we travel with them, we hit all the fancy places. They had the stools for the purses, etc. blah blah blah. So... to the food...

It was 6 courses (not including the two welcome plates from the chef before the dinner started... and the two courses after dessert-- one of petit fours and one of homemade truffles. The food was outstanding. We had such delights as lobster with carmelized tomatoes (fab, by the way), goose liver pate with strawberries and a hint of chocolate (I am NOT a pate fan.. but i ate it all... you had me at chocolate!). The main course was baby goat (kid--- so i can now say i "had a kid" in tuscany!). There was also a split pea soup with scallops and mint (NOT my mother's split pea soup, let me tell you!). Anyway, you get the idea. We were there for 4 1/2 hours and rolled out of there at the end. Good thing i don't eat like that reguarly!

Will be back for personals later...
6 fresh IVFs plus one cancelation
Last Chance FET--- Pregnant with triplets!

Sassy, that sounds so amazing. I love big dinners like that....where the food just keeps rolling out and the conversation is good and everyone leaves fat and happy. Fun.

I'm really tired today--I hate when you start the day tired as it's just downhill from there!

Well, Grey's was okay last night...a smidge boring. Just a smidge! Hopefully the season finale next week will be a little more exciting....Do you think Christina will marry Burke?

And go Yeo Man! I like him and Earl on Survivor--can't believe the season finale is this weekend. We'll have to tape it as we're having my mom and his parents over for a cookout for Mother's day. So I'm going to be spending my one day off this week (tomorrow) cleaning my messed up house. It amazes me how fast my house gets messy--I mean it's just me and my dh and one little dog. Maybe the fact that i hate cleaning has something to do with it?

Well--hope you all have a fabo Friday.

Hey girls-

Real quick we are going out of town soon. I had my appointment and first scan. I have 3-5 on each side. All measuring 6-9. whatever that means. The nurse was encouraged since they are all growing close to the same size and that is after only 2 full days of stimms. I go back Monday and they said hopefully we will see a jump. GROW FOLLIES GROW!!!

I'll try to check in on ya'll this weekend. Have a great one!!

Sassy- That dinner sounds delish!!! My mouth drooling! It reminded me of DH's meal experience at Picasso at the Bellagio! Which he promises to take me to sometime soon! It truly sounds amazing, I am totally jealous!!!

Jenn- Grow little follies, grow!!! I'll do the follie growing dance for you! That should help!

Meg- I didn't watch Grey's I was saving that for the experience this weekend... but Survivor! Holy Cannolli!!! That was the most stressful episode of Survivor yet, the way that Yau hesitated I was screaming at the TV! I was SO angry at Dreamz for concocting the idea to vote off Yau after he gave him a FRAKKIN' Car!!! But hopefully karma will come back and bite him in the butt!

Love you guys!

(Oh did you hear Vicky and I both had appointments with the Dildocam this AM!) So ironical!
