Nikki,

I too was surprise to have follies without the stims , so I ask my gynae. He said that we all have follies every months but most of them will not grow and become mature. In most case only one will make it (or 2). So the stims makes them all grow (and some tiny unseen ones can develops as well!)

Jen I had no real idea what they did at the 6 week check either! You are right they do test the reflexes, her hearing was done a few weeks ago and the Dr just asks general questions about how she is and if she is smiling. She doesn’t stop smiling when DH comes in from work, anyone would think he had been away for weeks, its so sweet. Have a great time in the Lake District I hope the weather improves for you, I bet Broc will enjoy himself.

Kate sorry DH is taking it hard that AF has arrived, its horrible that mother nature plays tricks with your body like that. Sending a big hug your way.

Nicki I am sure you have probably already said but where are you going on Holiday?

Lucy how are things going?

Lisa hope your Mum is coping ok.

Julie I did 3 tests before I believed my BFP. Not to long until your scan, I bet you still can’t stop smiling.

Katie now weighs 8 lb 5 oz, she is still in newborn clothes bless her. Clean bill of health for both of us at the 6 week check up which means I can finally drive. I thought me and DH were going to drown in Katie’s bathwater last night, she seems to be practising swimming and wont stop splashing with her arms and legs, water was in her eyes and ears but she just carried on smiling and giggling.

Someone asked ages ago how to get into photo bucket, its www.photobucket.com and user name and password are ivfgroup

Hi girls, sorry no personals tonight. I am feeling very SAD..... the scan i had today showed, my ovaries are down to their normal size!! Yeah!!!!

But, and you knew a but was coming as i am sad!!!

but.......I have a whopping huge cyst on my ovary which is getting bigger, I have had pain in that area for 3 days now, and they now i have to wait til monday to see consultant, so check it out, thats all they said.... I am worried and scared...I asked nurse what does it mean?? and kept asking she said it's ok, nothing to worry about, but i feel so scared!!!

So really cant answer the Q about when we'll try again, right now!! I feel like saying to hell with it all, i just cant put myself thro anymore heart ache!!

My friend is getting a divorce, her fella been seeing some1 else, and she's sussed him out, she has 3 boys!! (1,3 and 7) but i am thinking right now i would rather be with out kids than with out my dh.....

Anyway, i dont know what to do to stop worrying!!! Dh keeps telling me not to, but easier said than done!!!

Any advice of cysts would be most welcome!! xxxx

hey Nikki,

I dont know much about cyst, but I do know it is not too bad and that all the meds we take can make it more easy for cysts to appear. My gynea told me that sometimes they can go by themselves but somtimes they need to be removed..

Your Dh is right, dont worry! ( I know it is impossible though)...
I am very sorry for your friend, and I agree with you, I rather have Dh and no kids than having kids and a cheater...

Hi to all girls, I cant stay long

Tomorrow is the big day for me, starting the stims, then on Monday, I have an appointment with the psychologist for my first interview : one step towards adoption!!

take care all

Nicki I am sorry to hear about your cyst honey... sorry I can't offer any advice. Try do nice things this weekend to take your mind off things. Altho I'm no expert I certainly haven't heard of anyone who hasn't been able to have treatment because of them. I would have thought they would be able to treat it quite easily for you?? Big hugs xxxx

Souris good luck with stimms and appt on Monday. So are you getting the ball rolling now for adoption just incase? Hope the nurses are nicer this week.

Julie has it sunk in yet? Are you still on cloud nine?? Hope you are taking it easier girl. I know I was whacked from week 4 onwards. Great excuse to put the feet up and relax and have dh running about after you!

Jen hope th weather's holding outfor you in the Lakes. Broc will love it no matter what! Its all go for you now with the tmt - soo exciting! Have you ben able to find where to get private scans done yet?

Gail wow time is moving on! - has Katie got into a pattern yet? Are you still up loads with her during the night? Hope you are coping with the tiredness

Lucy - hope you are ok honey, not heard from you in a while. How long to go now on 2ww - a week?? Any symptoms? Hang on in there x

Kate hope you are ok. How long now til your next cycle? Hope you dh is ok now

I am going out for lunch today with a friend as back home now. My mum is fine, but I have been encouraging her to speak to her gp about seeing someone about her anxiety. Think she will take me up on it thankfully. It was lovely to see her. She is so excited about the baby coming along. We started looking at prams and I was shocked when the sales assistant said lots of people have theirs ordered by 20 weeks! Crikey, I am there on Tuesday and don't have a clue what we''ll go for! Have told dh we need to go out looking tomorrow. Baby is also kicking a lot now - I can feel him/her at some point every day. Very surreal.

Love to all

nicki - just popping by to say I hope your cyst goes away. Cysts are really common in women. Most women get them sometimes monthly and don't even know it. Most of the time, you're doc will put you on bcp for a month. I had one last fall before my IVF cycle so I had to postpone my cycle for a month. RE put me on bcp for 1 month and magically it disappeared by the time AF arrived. So, don't worry, cysts are normal and you'll be cycling again before you know it!!!!
