Normal Beta ranges

Post by rikirees »

Hi ladies-
I got my postive beta on Monday at 950 and again today at 2328. So I am pregnant! What are some normal beta ranges for day 10 and 12? I realize these numbers are high and there is a high chance of multiples. Those of you pg with twins, do you remember your first and second beta numbers? I just want to compare....
Thanks!

Congrats on being pg!!! That is so exciting. your bets #'s are so high. Good for you. I'm pg with twins and my numbers were something like 64 and 262 so I would guess you are having twins my friend. Good luck and let us know how many you are having when you find out.

Take care~

Congrats!!!

I am pregnant with twins and my beta #'s were:

9dp5dt - 119
11dp5dt - 349
13dp5dt - 900

Unfortunatly it is so hard to tell with beta numbers. I have seen women with low number and high numbers having twins.

Thanks for the info ladies. I am just concerned it might be more than 2 which REALLY scares me! I go for my first us next week but not sure they will be able to see how many just yet. How are you both feeling? I don't know what to expect and besides sleeping a lot and some cramping from the meds, I dont feel much.

We are only 19 weeks pg tomorrow but so far it's been fairly easy. I didn't feel much or gain any weight at tall for months and just recently I started to show, which is so much fun, and about5-6 weeks ago I started gtting braxton hicks contractions everyday. The bh's don't bother me too much so I really thought they were nothing. Hopefully that is a sign that I'll be able to tolerate labor well??? Either that or some wishful thinking!

How many embies did you implant? Your numbers are really high but whe I was asking about them while getting mine my Fertility RE told me he had seen poeple with numbers in the 1-2000 range that had singletons. Now you have to wait and see which is so hard! We were going crazy to know!

Good luck and so far so good here so I hope it's the same for you! Take care of you and your beanie or beanies!

Everyone's pregancy is so different. In fact I am the opposite of Kimberly. I feel like crap all day long, have had morning sickness for about a month now. I am already showing at 8 weeks and have lost 16 pounds since getting preggo. I am so excited to be pregnant but looking foreward to the morning sickness passing. Good luck to you!

you guys are so helpful!
We put back in 3. Dr. called last night to say my prog levels were too low. I have to increase my injection to 2cc. That call made me very nervous. Jesjes- I am sorry you are not feeling well. Interesting that you are showing so early. I know I am only a few weeks along but my pants didnt fit yesterday. I guess I gained a few lbs in the last few weeks. I am just going to wear yoga pants for a while until things settle down:) Kim- Congrats on being half way there!! I can't wait until I am at that point so I can't stop worrying so much. Every little thing I feel makes me worry!

Dear RikRees,
Thanks for your earlier post.
Can you please post me what protocol you followed for your last cycle.
I.e what drugs you used and did you use the long lupron prn protocol or the microflare protocol.
Really appreciate your help
Thanks

Hi Mona:
I only used Follistim for the eggs and a Lupon trigger instead of HCG prior to ER. My Dr. determined the reason for my poor egg issues and OHSS was due to the HCG trigger so he switched me to a Lupron trigger instead. I hope that helps.
