Please help with expiration date on Bravelle?????

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if someone can maybe answer this question for me. I have two unopened boxes of bravelle and on the prescription label it says use by 7/29/2007 but when I flip the box over it has printed from the manufacture that it expires 5/2007. Which date should I go by and if it is expired should I still use it?

I'm sure there is a 1-800 # on the package somewhere. I would certainly call them or the pharmacy first.

I would go by the expiration date on the box, and not on the prescription. To give you peace of mind, I work for a pharmaceutical company and drugs are made so that they are safe and effective for at least 1 year beyond the expiration date. So, if you have used them or are planning to, don't worry yourself over it too much.

The best thing to do would be to call the pharmacy and ask to have the medication replaced with one that is not expiring.
