How long after MC did you try again?

We suffered a miscarriage this month that has really been sad for us. The week after the miscarriage, I went through ovarian torsion and major surgery where they cut into me like a C-section to fix it. Needless to say, it has been pretty awful. But despite all that, we want to try again as soon as I'm healthy.

I'm wondering how long people are waiting after a miscarriage to try again with embryo transfer.

sorry to hear about your loss. 2-3 months is the norm after a m/c to start an ivf cycle again. however, sine you have had major surgery, your RE may state a longer period. It's better to let your body heal from all of the trauma and give yourself time to grieve.
