Hi Joviwish,
Your situation may be different, as all of ours can be, but your situation can be just as difficult and real as anyone elses. All of our own hurts are what hurts the worst (if you know what I mean)

This is very difficult to deal with no matter what the situation.
As far as Tesa and Pesa I was not sure what the difference was, nor which one my husband underwent, but he did get his testes biopsied and they did not find any traces. We did this as the same time I was getting prepped for IVF retrieval and would have used his sperm, if found, but we used the donor backup sperm instead. (I think they recomended this to avoid him having to go through this twice ie: one exploratory then one for IVF). DH was a little more uncomfortable then he thought he was going to be afterward, but they were pretty aggressive. Although it didn't work out for us, they do say there is a chance to obtain sperm in a fair percentage of people, so I am hoping it works out for your guys! Definitely worth a shot!!
Tanya,
Congrats on your transfer!!! The wait is difficult I know but try to relax (easier said then done I know) I will keep my fingers crossed.
My test will be 5/23 when is yours?
Polly,
Thanks for the feedback re: acupuncture so far it has been helpful emotionally and physically. Your time is approaching soon? By the way I read in your past post re: your concerns/fears. I can say I felt them too!! But I have to admit they went away one the baby came, so I hope that is a consolation for you.
All the rest... hoping for the best for you.
Donna
