Best place for Vivelle patch?

Hi ----
Today is the day after my retrieval. I am supposed to put on 2 Vivelle patches. My instructions were vague. Where is the best place to put the patch?

I appreciate any help. : )

I put my patches on my lower abdomen- one right next to the other and I alternate between left side and right side every other day.

That is a great idea. I have been putting them on my backside. I have been worried about the patched rubbing up against my pants.
