Hi all. First time IVF cycle and first time post. I had 3 8-cell embryos transferred on 5/18. Everything's been going relatively well, had some minor pinching/cramping on 5/20 and that's been pretty much it. Today I woke up with a sore throat and as the day's progressed I've felt worse and worse. I'm pretty sure it's just a cold, but I'm wondering what effect, if any this will have on my embryos.
you have nothing to worry about it doesnt have any effect on them at all but that is great you transferred some great embroyos good luck to you and when is your beta
It's good to know that being sick won't have any effect on them. I was worried that all the coughing I've been doing would jeopardize the implantation process. My first beta is on 5/29...the wait is killing me...but from reading these boards, that's nothing new. Good luck to you, as well!
amadus some one told me that usaully right after your implantation maybe a week after you get a cold i dont know how true it is but that is something to keep in mind
satx i dont want you to quote me because they tell us alot of signs for pregancy and implantation and then when it comes out negative you are more depressed because you really think you are from a sign but ya that what was told to me but good luck and i will be praying for you and your wife.
