Adamosa, wishing you the best at your appt. today. Can't wait to see hear from you later.

Stephanie, congratulations on your BFP. I'm a runner also but I haven't ran since my transfer and won't until I have a heartbeat. You may want to check with your RE to make sure it's ok.

Hi Smurfette, how are you? I always have vaginal u/s. When I was pregnant with twins 10 years ago, they continued the vaginal until about 20 weeks. Once they got big they were able to use the belly.

Rikirees, today is the big day for your 1st scan. Can't wait to hear from you later.

Hi Christine and Wannabeone. Hope all is going well.

Take care

Hi ladies,
I went in on Sunday for another scan because I was staining again. Bright red so I freaked out, but 2 babies growing and 2 heartbeats 147 & 121. They said I have 2 subchrionic bleeds and I was put on bedrest. I have been on bedrest since sunday and no staining since monday morning so I am staying put until my scan on Thursday. Hopefully these will subside quickly and my babies will be fine. I will not be releases from the clinic until 10 weeks, so that is 2 more weeks. I will be sad to leave becuase I have become so close to them after 5 attempts, but happy that I will be moving on and never have to go back again. I thank god everyday and pray that my babies stay safe where they are.
love to you all. I will post on Thursday...

Hi ladies:
well the last day was a roller coaster. I woke up in the middle of the night last night bleeding. Not what I would consider spotting either. I went for my first u/s today and the dr said everything looks fine. He saw THREE sacs with yolks along with something he thinks is a blood clot. My labs all came back normal but the bleeding (and cramping) has got me on edge. Orginally it was rather heavy and bright red. Now it has changed to brownish and spotting. I am trying not to freak out. He said to go on bed rest "if I wanted to" for a few days. Any thoughts?
StephanieD: Congrats on your BFP!
Wannabe: I didnt even have to ask, the Dr. wants to see me weekly.
Mdterry: I hope you are feeling better.
Adamosa: Can't wait to hear how your scan went!

Rikirees, congratulations on the three yoke saks. I know you feel better knowing now but wish you didn't have the bleeding. I think you should do bed rest also to make sure everything is ok with the babies. How are you feeling otherwise? Were they able to tell you how many weeks you are?

LisaMarie, take it easy also so you and the babies will be ok soon.

I'm doing good today, no nausea at all.

While typing this message, I'm looking at this show on Discovery Channel called 14 children and pregnant again......I am just amazed. I don't think I would want to be pregnant 14 times....no way!!

Take care ladies.

Mattie - Hope you are doing well. And I'm right with you - no way 14 times pregnant! Take it easy and look forward to your updates!

As for me - Well I'm awaiting my 2nd scan on May 30th. I've had very sore breasts and mild nausea, very increased appetite and different pressure in my tummy. I've been a little tired as well but all in all feeling good. My dad got bad news last week as far as his cancer and although the Oncologist believed he has no real option for treatment again - they are trying again. My dad wants to fight to stay alive long enough to see this grandbaby - but knows he will be very sick and may just lose the battle anyways. So I've been very sad and blue over the last couple of weeks. My DD Meagan has been my sweet angel of distraction. She's taking some of her first walking steps by herself and it has brought so much happiness to us! I wish all of you lovely ladies much Baby Angel Dust. Praying for wonderful results for all of you! Take Care!

Love,
Christine

christine - i am sorry for what you are going through. the happiness mixed with such extreme sadness. where do you live? my father is an oncologist in philadelphia if he needs another opinion, but i'm sure he's in good hands.

rikirees - what a scare. i can't imagine the hours b/w when you had the blood and saw the u/s. you know so many women experience this same bleeding. look at lisa@bellasales (how is the bleeding, by the way?). it's probably a subchorionic hemorrage and these correct themselves.

i had another u/s on monday b/c my friend that didn't know i was pregnant wanted to lay on my lap and watch a movie, but she lunged at me and did a major body flop. i was so freaked out. all was fine. apparently the pregnancy stays below the pelvic bone for most of the 1st trimester and it's really cushioned.

i have another on friday b/c that was our normal scheduled u/s. i hope i am not going to pay out of a the wazoo for these.

I hope everyone is well today. Well listen to this, I can't believe it....Went for second ultrasound yesterday and the doc saw two sacs. One he got a clear view of, heart we could see beating. I am exactly 7 weeks 1 day. The onther sac was BLOCKED by the first and so he wants us to come back in ten days and confirm whether or not it's a second baby. (It looked like an empty sac to us)...So I STILL don't know whether or not it's two!

Christine, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. I will keep you and your family in prayers.

Adamosa, great news. I now you are relieved to see a heartbeat. You are a week ahead of me so when I go next week I hope to see a heartbeat also.

Wannabe, I'm glad everything turned out ok after the scare. That's right our beanies are very protected right now. But tell your friend not to try that again :?

Rikkirees and Smurfette, I hope the bleeding has subsided or stopped. Continue to rest.

As for me, I have absolutely no symptoms anymore. All of the nausea has gone along with my tiredness and hunger pains. And now I'm very nervous. I'm 6w2d and my lower tummy isn't firm like it use to be. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard not to wonder if everything is ok. I wish I'd kept my appt for next Tuesday instead of changing it to Thursday. I changed it because dh had meetings and really wanted to be there. I wish I could go in today.

Well, I hope everyone else is doing good.

Malinka - Welcome! Congrats on 7weeks! When's your due date? Mine is 1/7/08. Best Wishes!

Rainrainrain - Thanks for your support. Hope you are doing well!

wannabeone - Thanks so much for your support. My dad has a good Oncologist who works directly with the Dana Farber Cancer Center in Boston so he is in good hands. Hope you are doing well too!

adamsoa - Wow! Maybe twins! I bet you are amazed! Congrats on a wonderful heartbeat! Hang in there until your next scan! Keep us posted!

Mattie - Thanks so much for your prayers. My symptoms come and go as well. The only things consistent is my hunger and tiredness. It feels like an eternity until my next scan on Wednesday next week. I almost feel like going out and buying another HPT just for reassurance - LOL!

Take Care Ladies! Sending you all much Baby Angel Dust!

Love,
Christine

Malinka - Did you do a Fresh Cycle or Frozen Embie Cycle? If you did a fresh cycle your due date would be based on 2 weeks prior to your Egg Retrieval (Conception) Date. Not sure what they use for FET. I hope you are doing great! Take Care!
