hello guys,
you didn't think I would seriously turn that puter off, did you? LOL I moved my pile of articles on the deck! I didn't read them, I wrote some unrelated stuff instead, but at least I took them out of the bag, LOL!
Tanya, you're the best. Thanks so much for replying! I know it's not fair to expect them to understand, but deep down inside, that's what the irrational part of you wants when you share your IVF experience with someone.

But hey, you're right. There's nothing wrong in seeking support. Especially from my grandma. I'm so lucky to have her, you know. Both of them actually. They're both such intelligent women! For a few years now, I've confided them stuff, but they've almost done it more than I did and it's amazing, for me, to be able to know the women, not just the "grandmas", see what I mean? I've sent an email to my uncle and told him about my grandma not calling me since her hearing exam because she was so embarrassed and didn't want to be a pain. She's taken internet lessons, you know! And she did a college certificate in world's religions during her seventies! (sorry, ranting here). I'd really like her to go ahead and buy a computer. She thinks it would be too much a fancy given that my grandpa would have little to no interest in it. But it would make communication so easier with a webcam, email.. chat.. or if we could find a phone that displays subtitles (you speak and the phone display your words in text). WIth that, she would have no trouble hearing what I say (she's not completely deaf, but over 60% hearing loss at the very least).
Anyway, thank you so much for saying what I needed to hear sweetie. And about the sleeping, to be honest... LOL I could have taken a nap this afternoon. And gone to bed at 9pm yesterday! But I'm SO against taking naps that I just went on the deck and relaxed. It's such a lovely day, you know. It made me feel much better, and now your post did the rest!

THANK YOU SWEETIE!
If you knew how happy I am that you got your BFP! Did you tell your friends and family yet? If you want to discuss original ideas for telling them, you can pm me (I know that this kind of discussion might offend some; it's a tricky subject on this part of the forum), because I LOVE discussing this.

I saw amazing ideas this afternoon, LOL!
... and Rice Milk is AMAZING for oatmeal! It makes it so creamy and smooth it's almost a sin!
hrobinson, you're so sweet! When you said you wanted to reach into the computer, I almost felt your arms wrap around me!

I'm so lucky to have you guys! You're 100% right, and I put all the things you said in my pocket. Your comment about jumping in bed made me smile. I, too, use that expression to highlight the difference between "us" and "them". And it makes me think... LOL my Quebecker grandma (the one I called today) once told me that she never had trouble getting pregnant. "In the evening, I would look at your grandpa and we just knew we were going to make another little quebecker that night! Three weeks later I felt nauseous!" LOL she's so priceless!

It's so true that we're more mother-daughter than grandma-granddaughter. I'm sorry if I almost made you cry, HUG! It was not my intention! But I'm feeling MUCH better now!
marsxp: I can't wait to have everyone's name in there, too! We can do it!
Okay, time to go back on the deck and enjoy the end of the afternoon until my sweetheart comes back from work!
