Congratulations to those who have BFP's!
Cori - Maybe too early to tell with hpt. I also had dizziness and flt queasy off and on. Don't give up yet and rest up if you can.

Me - BFP! Am 4w2d and levels were 360. Thats rather high isn't it? We did put 2 back in and am wondering if this number is high enough for twins or is it irrelevent?

Danica - How are you going?

Have a great weekend!

i'm not sure if the bloodwork would show im too upset to test positive lol!

anyway, here's what happened this morning... i went in at 8am, and i've been sitting there for 20 min ... all the ladies that were there were already called in... plus two more that came after me so i went to the front desk and asked how many more people before my turn... the lady said, there's two more and when i looked at the reception area, there are only two ladies there and definitely i was there before them....

then the receptionist said i was only add-on [meaning i dont have an appointment]... i was already upset coz i was there before 8 and i figured they'd just draw blood and then i could leave... by now, i'm already late for work again!!! - i couldnt keep myself straight anymore so i went to the ladies room and let my frustration out..... one of the techs went out and talked to me... told me eventhough i was given the schedule with time of when to come back for bloodworks, i still have to call for appointment.... i told her nobody told me that... i figure since they already wrote the time tthere, that it's already been scheduled... and i said what's gonna happend for Monday's... she said it's holiday so you have to come back Tuesday ... arghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was really really upset that i wasnt told what i was supposed to do.... the lady was very apologetic but i'm already upset so there's nothing more they could do about it.... i was let in ahead of those two and took my blood... all the time, i wasnt even talking to them.... next time i will have my blood taken [by my officemate nurses] and i will just drop it off there.....

sorry, just need to vent a little.... ok a lot!!! today's my Beta and i shouldnt be upset....... i just hope it's positive otherwise i will be more upset at the clinic...

thanks for reading and sorry to take up space....

lots of luv,
marsxp

Oh Mars - After all that I do hope that you get a BFP to cheer you up!!!

Tenny - WOOO HOOO Nice number.... Yeah that may be twins..... How sweet twice the blessing at once.. I am wishing you a very happy 9 months.

Cori - It is true what they said that it could be too early to test. If your lil bean was stubborn and took a little longer to snuggle in your test would still be -ve. I hope that you get 2 lines or BFP which ever test comes first.

Thank you Steph for your reply. You may be right. I have an ounce of hope left but I refuse to test myself again. I am going to wait until my beta on Monday. I am not trying to be negative but I really do think that it didn't work for me this time.
Congratulations again to you and everybody else.

Cori you are very welcome my first HPT actually said -ve. I didn't but the early response one and the one that I had required a higher amount of HCG. I got my light light positive 8-9dpt. So Good luck I was starting to think negative to... So keep your chin up and remember you are pregnant until further notice.

Thank you again Steph. That is a really good way to look at it (you are pregnant until further notice). I have already prepared myself for the worst and accepted it but I have to admit my biggest fear is that it may never work. The positive is that I'm young (29) and it's my first time AND things didn't go as planned (with my early ovulation and only being able to retrieve one). But, do you think that it will happen eventually? I had an ectopic over 2 years ago, had laparoscopy in Oct. in which they found many adhesions that they cleared out and my tubes are now open. I guess I am just looking for someone to tell me that I will have a baby in the future. All of you are such positive inspirations in my life. It makes me so happy to know that things have worked out for some of you and it also gives me great comfort to know that you we all know how each other are feeling. Thanks and good luck to all of you.
Love,
Cori

Hi Ladies,

I've been feeling nausea all day and it won't go away, I'm feeling sick when I eat and sick when I don't eat, don't know if it's anything to get excited about as I only had ET on Weds. Is anyone else feeling like this?

Thanks
Pat

Congratulations to all the BFPs!! And to those of you with a BFN -Hugs & don't give up.

I am just 5dp5dt. This wait will drive me nuts & I will drive DH nuts.

I caved and did an HPT this morning even though it is almost certainly too early to get accurate results, but I sat there for 5 minutes looking for a line that clearly didn't exist anyway. (And wondering if I could see the faintest of lines - but it was just me trying to be hopeful as it clearly wasn't there.)

This whole process really is maddening. The last two years I always get anxious just before my period is due but with this process you put so much into it that the wait really is going to drive me crazy and I am sure it will get worse each of the next 9 days!!! That sounds like so long to wait!!!!

Anyway, just had to get my feeling out. Since this is a 2ww string I know that almost everyone here is feeling the same. I had to communicate to someone other than DH as he thinks I have driven myself mad.

Hey Ali, Bon Jovi was GREAT!!! We had a great time. Daughtry (from American Idol, last season), opened up. Then Tiger Woods spoke a few words on stage and introducted Bon Jovi. They always put on a good show. That was the 4th time I have seen them. I can't wait for the tour!!!! I'll be 9 mos pregnant at the front of the stage! :)

I'm sorta suffering from jet lag and just pg fatigue today. I have napped on the sofa all day. It's been nice to just relax though. I go Friday for my 1st scan. I'm very nervous about it. I won't be able to fully enjoy "being pg" until I make it to the 2nd trimester because of my last m/c.

Tenny - Congrats on your BFP!!! that's a great number. I hear you can't really tell from the hcg number if it's multiples or not, you'll have to wait to the first scan. I'm sorta hoping I'll see 2 sacs on Friday myself...:)

Steph, when is your first scan?

My RE says there are 3 hurdles you have to pass in the IVF game:
1-positive beta
2-see a heartbeat
3-give birth
I think he needs to add 1 between 2 & 3 - make it to 2nd trimester.

karia - i posted on the other thread for you but I am so sorry for your results. That's a kicker! Do something nice for yourself and use this break to build your relationship between you and dh. IVF seems to tear down relationships sometimes....

Cori - any results yet? I hope you get your BFP......

Hey Jovi nice to see ya back.. Sono should be scheduled tomorrow I hope that should be when beta hits that magical 1,000 mark. Since we are close to the day on this I can ask you as well... Have you had cramping and pain in the lower abdomen and pressure in your back at all? I know I have read that it is normal but DAMN ya can't help but to worry. I'm gonna ask them tomorrow HEyyyyyy maybe I can get scan then.. Hummmm.
Glad your back.. Get some rest.
