Anyone do Natural Cycle IVF?

Hi ladies:

We are starting Natural Cycle IVF this month. No stimulation drugs, they just retrieve the one egg you naturally produce and fertilize it via ICSI. I just started daily monitoring and if all goes well, looks like the HCG shot will be next Friday and retrieval Sunday. I am totally nervous and exctied.

Anyone been through this or have any experiences to share?

Hi, I never heard of this. Can you please share which clinic you are involved with, and why they decided to do a natural vs. stimulated IVF for you?

They actually gave me the choice and I decided to try it naturally first. We are dealing with male factor and no other issues. I was very worried and freaked out about the side effects of the drugs of stimulated IVF so we discussed the natural cycle option. I researched it alot and decided to go for it for a few months. You can do it every month with no break and they just retrieve the one egg your body naturally produces. Of course the success rates are not as high, but my doctor told me three months of natural is comparible to one month of stimulated.
