hello again ladies....

Pat - so sorry for the BFN - *hugs* i hope you feel better soon... i recently had a BFN too... it may seem hard to understand at this moment but i know God has plans for us... hang in there sweetie... id be praying for you...

Tia - awwwwww **hugs** thanks for reading my blog, and showing it to your DH.... i think it was my silent listener coz i would write what im feeling whenever i felt like no one's listening or even interested to know how i'm feeling during the process - all they just wanna hear is if im pregnant or not......

Pmapsy - hey girl... yeah, those little angels with blinking eyes are so cute... i just felt like i need something for a closure so i posted those and the candle too... i'd be going in to see my RE next Monday for a real closure and to get an explanation ... i would also want to know if they could do some test to see why they didnt stick... i learned that there's a medical situation where they could treat the uterine lining so it's more stickable [is that a word? lol!] and next time i will ask for assisted hatching to make sure my angels would be able to get out of the shell and stick to mommy :P

Tanya - DOUBLE CONGRATULATIONS! wishing you loads of happiness and a healthy nine months....

to the rest of hte thread population.... have a great day..... id be writing more personals later......

Pat, I'm absolutely gutted for you. Look after yourself.

Angela, loads of luck for tomorrow.

Jenn, thanks for your support, it was quite a decision to have to make! So excited for you, you must be over the moon. Have you told anyone yet?

Babysoft, welcome to our group. Sorry to hear you've had such a hard time in the past, hope it's going to go better this time.

Sophie, what a lovely Sunday! Glad to hear you're on the mend too. Thanks for your advice re the copy/paste, I certainly will from now on! My transfer is tomorrow not today by the way :)

Marsha, good to hear from you, sounds like you're doing well.

Hrobinson, good luck with the stimming, see you in two weeks.

Jen, it's you and me tomorrow babe! I'll think of you when I'm there. Just think if it works out for us we'll be at exactly the same stage in pregnancy, we can be baby buddies! What time is your transfer? I'm at 2pm UK time. Are you going to bed rest? Hope all goes well.

Tpiper55, good luck with the injections, you're on your way babe!

Tia, I hope today went well, are you taking it easy now?

Well I called the clinic today and my embies are sticking in there, I was so nervous when I called! The embryologist said 3 aren't doing quite so well as the other 2 though so I might not get any to freeze. As long as I transfer, that's what I'm focusing on for now. He did say that the two front runners have changed since day two when we could have transferred so it looks like we made a good decision to wait and watch them grow. I have to see a different accupuncturist tomorrow as mine has gone on holiday today (how dare she!:)) so that'll be weird but she's referred me to him so I'm sure all will be fine.

Right, bed rest, opinions please. I work from home tomorrow, should I just go to bed after the transfer? What about Wednesday? I'm a very active person so I find it hard to lie about. I'd love to hear what you all did / intend to do. I'd especially like to know what you pregnant ladies did.

Wish me luck for tomorrow girls.

Jules x

Tanya, thanks sweetie for the encouragement. I'm nearly there to start the 2ww, can't believe it!

Thanks ladies, you are all great, I'd like to wish you all the very best as after this week, I'm probably not gonna be on here again, it's not that I don't love u guy's, it's just that I've decided to call it a day, which is gonna be hard enough as it is, so I gonna need to bury my head somewhere and just come to turns with the fact that I'm never gonna be a mother.

Good Luck Everyone

Hi Ladies,

I am home with my 2 embies.. :D . The doctor told myself and DH they were all great all grade A :o . they were able to freez 8, so we are very excited. We have a picture they are beautiful one of them looks like it ready to hatch. Our PG test is wed 13th. :)

I am relaxing now, just staying off my feet that's all, I will take it easy for the next few days.

Also, I had a BM maybe from nerves or something I age (TMI), do you think it could hurt the embies? I know I am silly for asking :?

OK, today is going so slow.....
I had my blood test this morning - and I'll get the result this afternoon, I wanted to burst into tears when I walked into the lab (I am so scared of the result).

At the lab were I get my bloods done there is one lady who always hurts.... I got her this morning and I already have a bruise coming up on my arm to show for her efforts.

One moment I think I am feeling all sorts of symptoms and the next I think they are all in my mnd - I am not sure what to think at present

Well done Tia on your transfer, your little one's will be snuggling in as we speak.

Pat, my heart goes out to you (sending you lots of hugs)

Have a good day everyone

Okay...one last post before tomorrow...I couldn't help myself! I wanted to catch up on everyone!!! :D

Arizoniakiwi...anything yet???

Jul1e...Yeah girl, it's you and me tomorrow!!! My transfer is now at 6:45AM...sooooo early! They had to move my appt up b/c of an egg retrieval. I am not doing bedrest tomorrow or at all! I am going to stay at home, but take it easy. I am actually off work for the next 3 weeks, so I can take care of myself. I am a Physical Therapist and my job is very demanding...not the best work enviroment for someone going through IVF. I also had a blood clotting disorder that prevents me from having any kind od bedrest. This thread has a ton of different reasonings for not doing bedrest. Sophie had posted something a while back about bedrest. In a nutshell, there is no prove case studies that bedrest increases your success rates. If anything, it will decrease you circulation, which you do NOT want, especially to your uterus! How many hours behind/ahead are you then me...I'm in Central/Standard Time? I will be thinking of you!!! Good luck tomorrow! Do you know when your test date is yet???

MommyTObe....YEAH GIRL!!! Glad you got your babies back! How are you feeling? Your test date is so early...my clinic makes me wait the 2 full weeks!!! Oh...and don't worry...a BM will not effect your chances of implantation!

Gbnut...sorry your not feeling too well! Try not to over analyze ever single pain! I know that is easier said then done...but don't forget, your body is changing everyday! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Hope everyone is doing well!!

Thank you everyone for welcoming me to the group.

First let me say WOW   :D to all the BFP's!!! I'm so excited for everyone.

I would also like to give patience and baby dust to the 2ww's ...lol I'm trying to get thru the stim days...I'll be bald by the time I get to the 2ww. I've already bought 15 hpt's...lol I even bought the electronic one!

To my follow stimmer's may the needles be gentle and the meds not burn...lol we to do this cause it's worth it!

Now a little update on myself...I just started taking bravelle and menopur today...unfortunately I listened to a receptionist cause a nurse wasn't available and instead of taking my bravelle first I took menopur....hopefully my logic is correct when I think...how do my ovaries know what time it is! I have my second ultrasound on Wednesday...I've have my first and there was already a follicle 17mm, but my nurse said that is just left over from last month so just as long as it doesn't hog up all the meds I should be good for this months ivf.....lots of prayers we shall see!

Again good luck and lots PMA to all!!!

Jen779, I realize that its not quite 2 weeks when we test, its actually ten day including today. they probably count the week out of my tummy not sure.

Angela, yes my little ones are snuggling as we speak. so excited. :D

Does anyone knows exactly when implantation is completed?

hey girls,

Angela, the wait is killing me now! Any news??? Thinking of you sweetie!!!

Sorry to be so quick; I'll do the rest of personals tomorrow morning... but I wanted to share a little TMI with you... :D This evening, I noticed that my areolas were larger and darker... and DH noticed, too. I've checked on the net and it's not listed as a side effect for Prometrium (progesterone vaginal suppositories). Breast tenderness and stiffness, yes, and I definitely have that. But larger and darker areolas?

...now... I know that that's a pregnancy symptom...

I can't help but think this is looking good. With the OHSS symptoms lingering (still taking Tylenol, still hurting and having to pee often, though it's tolerable now) and now this...

Anyone had larger/darker areolas? Last time I took Prometrium, with my first cycle, I didn't have that side effect. I don't want to get excited, but...

Anyway, gotta run and take my meds... and sleep! See you tomorrow girls!

I just had a call from the clinic, not good news, our little one didn't make it and it is a BFN. I am going to try and find away to escape from work for the rest of the afternoon and have a good cry.

Thanks for all your support and good wishes over the last few months you have all been wonderful support.

Love to you all
