Hi Ladies -

Thanks so much for all of you kind words. I'm still hanging a little low so not much social time for me right now. I hope you are all doing as well as you can be and sending many blessings for baby angel dust to all of your little beanies. Take Care!

wannabe: we believe we saw 4. sac 1- has the identical twins. One HB for sure and another but a bit smaller and harder to see from some angles. Sac 2 & 3 are singletons with strong HB's. So the Dr maintains there are 4 but each time a different one is a bit hard to see to make it out for sure. It gets so confusing that even I can't explain it sometimes.
I am supposed to go to New York next week (from California), any thoughts on flying @ 8 weeks? Dr. seemed to think it would be fine.

Hey Guys
I am still taking the PIO until 12 weeks I guess. I have an appointment with the RE today at 9:45 to see the babies and to make sure that things are going well. I am so excited about things!!! I am really happy and I can't wait to feel the babies moving. That will be really neat. I will have to keep you posted on the u/s today....so happy.

My first US is on Friday, really hope to see a HB, unfortunately no HB and soon after MC in late January...this one feels different though. Welcome and congrats! Isnt it so exciting to be on this side of things??? I am loving it! Woo Hoo! Yeah for you Ma Ma!!!

A little update on me....

Well I went for my second ultrasound today and they said that everything looks really good! I am so excited-The babies look good I figure that I am about 6 weeks and 3 days and the babies measured 6 weeks 2 days and 6 weeks 1 day. I get to stop taking the Estrace and I only take the PIO every other day. The Crinone gel I still have to use and I will continue until 14 weeks. Not too bad. I am so excited about the babies. I hope that they just continue growing at this rate!! I talked with the ultrasound lady and she said that I will have just one more u/s next week on the 12th and then I will be released to my OB!!!! At that point she said I will be transferred to a high risk perinatologist just because of the twin factor...plus I had pre-eclampsia with both my boys and I want to be watched very closely this time around. I can't wait to feel the babies moving which will be coming up here pretty fast. I am also going to rent a doppler. I loved it last time. I got it from Bellybeats and it was simply the best item I have ever rented!!! I feel really good about the babies and the pregnancy. Moving forward once again and on the wait until the next ultrasound on the 12th.

Malkina: This was my first attempt with this dr. With so many failures we had to come up wth a new plan. My previous dr had no explaination why things werent working and didnt really have a different plan of action if we wanted to try again. So alas we set out to find a new opinion and thought we would give him a try (he was SO much cheaper than all 3 previous attempts!), after all what did we have to loose...And what do you know, it worked. A little bit too well:) Dr. now wants us to consult with the perinatologist, since it is high risk. I am just trying to stay calm and trying not too worry too much about all the babies growing in there!
TransR- that is a great idea. I am going to look into that rental!

rikirees:
it is so weird, I had the same exact thing, I changed the doctors offices, the new one was much cheapier and it worked from the first time. Unbelievable:)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

My2LNT- together 'til the end.....of January
Rikirees- it's hard not to worry but i'm sure everything will work itself out, i cannot believe your previous DR didn't change your protacol very strange.
Malinka-it must have been nice cheaper and it worked, nothing better
TansRN-we are excited, but still very wary, although this one feels entirely different, we will feel better once HB is seen. Congrats on your twins and good US...hopefully that will be us on Friday
