Can you tell if you are having more than 1 baby at your first u/s? If not how far along do you need to be?

Hi pjwmeg,

I found out I was having twins at my first ultrasound. I was about 6 and a half weeks. They saw two yolks and they were also able to tell me that they were identical! You should be able to find out at your first US. Good Luck!!
