 OMG

Am in the hotel in Big B and the internet is FREE yehhhaaaa

So we got here no probs but felt a bit emotional as we landed----was just thinking there is someone here walking around who can and will help us. Didnt bother with a taxi from the airport, got the train and metro, its simple. Weather is fab, hot and sticky 8)
Our hotel is nice and once we checked in and got changed we walked to the clinic, its only 10 mins away. We stood outside and just stared at the place, seems weird to be here after looking at the photos on the computer for so long.
Then went to Camp Nou, it was amazing-----huge.
Off to get changed now then head out to a resturant but my feet are killing me already.
Am so excited i can keep in touch.

Catch up tomorrow after our appointment.

Love Jen for sunny B 8) (Sorry to make you all jealous  )

Woooo-hooooo Jens! Am so glad you can keep us updated! I was missin ya before you even left.
Now I can flash pom-poms and spankys every step of the way!

Loops- where are ya? give me a look at LolaLand. what have you been up to? how are you feeling?

Life is hectic here- work is crazy, home is crazy. But, I have decided I can clean my house when I am old, retired and too achy-breaky to do anything fun. besides all my friends will be the same way or dead :) I like summers- all the picnics, cookouts, reunions... but man I hate hot, especially our hot. It is soooo humid. blah. But I am still keeping up with my exercise. I made my moms go with me for a 4 mile walk yesterday... I live in the mountains so the walk is very hilly. she did good, though she was sure she wouldn't be able to get out of bed this morning. Do you guys get "so you think you can dance" over there? I am addicted. I love mindless cheesy summertime tv.

Shake you booty

 Hi girls

Well have just returned from our app at the clinic, it took 2 and a half hours. Feel really positive as we have a 60% chance of a bfp, but am also realistic and know we may have to try again although lets hope we wont have to do a fet
Doc was lovely, so helpful and patient as she answered our 1001 questions----poor woman.
They carried out a few tests and did the scan plus a mock transfer. Now have a bundle of medi and can start next af, July

Ok will chat more when we get back. Have visited loads of places and have aching feet but its gorgeous and so hot---fab, just how i like it.

Thanks for your wishes.

Steph - Nice to know you have missed me, your very sweet.

Anna - So kind of you to pop in and send your love. I was thinking of you as we entered the clinic, told dh you have Matthew so will and can work.

Sorry girls but not in a very good one over the last few days, am stressed out about a few things.

1. Work - got to start SVQ 4 on the 26th, dealing with others probs in supervision, big bosses expecting to much of me etc.
2. Family - Mum is diabetic and is going through some tests, dh Dad is diabetic and really quite ill again going in and out of hosp.
3. Big B - Thought i would have heard from them by now about ED. Apparently i still have to start medi at start of July but will be really gutted if they havent found one and its delayed.
4. Ex-Keychild (more like a son now) - Trying to help him with jobs etc etc and getting frustrated with him and myself.
5. BB - Want to hit Charley----hard Oh good my sense of humour is coming back

Feeling a bit low and need a good kick up the a---------.
Anyway maybe i will snap out of it soon, would cheer me up is Big B would just give me some info------more waiting.

We are going down to Middlesborough to see dh Dad on Wednesday for 2 days then to Liverpool for our godsons first communion but selfishly i just want to curl up on the couch and cry but i refuse to let the tears come and have to try and stay strong, its hard though.

Had 4 girls round to my house last night, havent seen 3 of them for nearly 19 years. We all went to college together to study Nursery Nursing and are having a reunion next year for our 20 years so got together to organise it. We had fun and it took my mind off things until one of the girls asked if i had kids. I said no and very briefly said i had done 4 rounds of ivf-------silence-------its a real party stopper eh. I felt embarrassed and just said i might try once more then thats it. The conversation only lasted for about 6 mins and nobody said anything. I just want to have some good news and feel the same as everyone else. Does anyone else feel as if they are not a real woman or not involved in some debates, conversations because they dont have kids?

Anyway not going to stay around and bring everyones mood down.

Love to you all

Hi Girls...

Yikes, work is bonkers! am traveling lots, so little time for me and my computer. when I get back to office it is nutters!

any-who-zee-whats-it...... how is everyone?

Jens- are you back yet? How are yu feeling? I say to stop this crap on Jen attitude immediately! I like that girl! Besides- why be so glum when all your dreams are about to come true in Big Bad B? You are sooooo close. Did you hear anything yet? have spankys at the ready, although Loops has dissappeared with Demmy. How rude. now who will I dance with to the groove of "Walk this way"...

Loops- don't deny my love.... come back please. what is going on? you better not be hiding in a pile of mushy muck and avoiding telling us that life sucks.. I will tell you a secret- we already know that! give me a sign that you are ok.. dealing.. but ok.

the other wayward wanderers... kisses and all that jazz

as for me- TGIF. we are going to a lake festival tommorrow and it is only supposed to be 76 degrees.. how perfect! i love 76, if I had to pick a perfect temp it would be 76, i would marry 76.... nothing better than a day on the lake in 76 degree temps... we will be on a pontoon boat for awhile then in the kayaks... yahoo!
