First Time Post/Second IVF

Hi all- I just completed my second round. I am 36 with a low ovarian reserve (sorry guys, I don't know all of your acronyms, I think I was 11.8 on day 3) The first time I didn't respond well to the meds (just Follistim) and they only retrieved 6 eggs, none of which fertilized. My doc immediately didn't want to try again so we switched to an out of state specialist. The new doc started me on Lurpon and added Repronex to the Follistim. Again, 6 eggs but two fertilized this time! They did the reimplantation on Monday and now the waiting begins. Any advice on what to do over the next days? Are massages ok?

well.. I too am in the 2ww.. well actually 1 ww.. I have my Beta on the 18th and can't wait!! I think the hardest part of the whole IVF process is the wait!! The first 3 days after transfer were awful.. I stayed in the house and rested and took it easy.. trying to give my babies the best chance to implant.. I really don't have any suggestions on what to do... just relax.. watch girly shows on t.v... go to the movies.. that's relaxing.. umm just hang out i guess!!

My beta is on the 22nd! I hope all goes well with you as well! I'm hearing from others that implantation will occur about a week after transfer. Have you heard the same thing? I too have been taking it easy.

Hey there.. I have heard that implantation takes place 6-10 days past ovulation.. which would be 6-10 days past ER.. I am now on 10 days past ER.. 7days past transfer..
I sure hope this is the month for us..
Can't wait for BETA!!! The 22nd will be here for you soon!!
but probably not soon enough!
