Hi Eve

Gosh, you don't have long to go - bet you're on serious countdown!!! Apparently waters breaking is hardly ever as dramatic as you think - I've heard it's more of a tricke than a gush!! I'm no expert though!

My due date is 17 November and I'm terrified they're going to come too early. Also, I don't really want a caesarean! Other than that, I'm hoping I can just go with the flow!

Good luck!

Helen xx

Hi Eve
i'm due on 28th August and must admit - the whole giving birth process frightens me!!(too much pain!)- actually at the moment I'm more concerned about bump being premature - everyone keeps asking me if the baby has dropped as the bump is really low and I just have a feeling that I'm not going to go full term. At last appointment last week I had 2 midwifes present and one thought the head was down, the other thought I was breech and after 10 mins of pushing and prodding they still couldn't agree so I have no idea what position the baby is in!

Lulu

Hi all,

I'm due 7th October. So far the time has flown, so I should really start getting organised. Think it's just taken a long time to realise that it really is going to happen for us.

Suzanne.x

Hi Eve et al,

I think I am closest to you, EDD 20th August, I think he's going to be enormous!!!, I have to fly down to Aberdeen on the 9th (to be on the safe side) so there will probably be a lot of waiting to do!!

Why does your waters breaking frighten you more than the actual birth?

I'm really looking forward to going into labour, I know that sounds sick, but at least it means there's no going back.

The only thing I worry about is making an arse of myself when I'm in pain in front of DH!!!

Hope you are keeping well,
Scorry x
