20 week scan

Hiya Had a really good scan this morning and both my BOYS look fine! Can you believe it, I'm having 2 boys! Even though I had a feeling that it might be, still can't believe it! Chaos, here I come?????!!!!!! The sonographer seemed really pleased with their growth, measurements, heart, etc, etc. They seem to fit perfectly with what's expected at the moment. Both were wriggly around a lot (amazing that I still can't feel them!) and she had to keep on waiting for them to move again so she could see the right bits! So, whatever I'm doing at the moment, seems to be working OK! Next scan booked for 26 weeks!! I know Kirsty had her scan as well today so I'm hoping it went as well for them! Hi Helen! I've been checking the board all day for your news. Two boys - how fantastic! I have twin brothers and they've always been adorable (even now that they're 25!). It sounds like you're doing a good job of growing those boys and I'm sure it won't be too long before you feel the wrigglers! All the best. Jules

absolutely fandabbytastic helen - you sound so thrilled and so you should be. you comment about really being pregnant, not pretending anymore really made me larfff that's exactly how I feel, as though I'm pretending or something. Hi Helen How fantastic two boys!!!!! I have twin brothers of 20 and they are brilliant so don't listen to myths of the terrible two boys. I bet you must be over the moon to know everything is ok! Can't wait for my 20 week san on the 8th August, not decided yet if I wanna know, DP certainly dosen't but I do so who knows! LOL Emma

Helen, WOW....you must be even more excited now you know!! I didn't feel anything till about week 21-22 so lok forward to yur first proper kicks and as you are way over the half way point (for twins) it won't be long till you are holding them....ahhh just humming a certain Rolf Harris tune to myself now......two little boys had two little toys... I know we've never spoken but CONGRATULATIONS on your Boys!!!!!! How exciting .... it's great isn't it?

Good luck thru the rest of the pregnancy. And you will feel them moving soon - my 2 started kicking me on Saturday afternoon

- and havent stopped since - and I'm 23 weeks tomorrow!! No way to describe the feeling so i wont even try, but it's really lovely!!!

How wonderful! I'm expecting twin boys any day now and we are so thrilled and a little amused as well. We were really hoping for at least one girl, but very quickly embraced the fact that we were having boys. Now we feel as though we've always wanted boys!

Your boys will be great friends and so much fun! Best of luck to you!
