Ladies,

Tanya, wow your babies are growing so fast, before you know it, it will be time to say happy birthday to them. I know you wish you had a private nurse that had a u/s machine to see your babies everyday. So happy for you girl.

My2LnT, I know you are super excited about your u/s this friday, its going to make the puking easier to live with.

Susan, sorry about the painful bleeding. I hope you do something nice for yourself before your next cycle. 3 weeks wow not that far away. Saving the best for last.

Well tomorrow I have another beta, I am a little nervous, i guess its to be expected, no spotting, mild cramping, nothing really big, i guess its just the idea of waiting for someone to tell me all is still fine. I will let you all know how my numbers are looking.

Hugs
Tia

Jen- Had my fingers crossed for you. I was worried about how sick you had been. I am so proud of you for keeping your head high though. Hopefully the next cycle will end with much better results.
Did you say you were in Houston?

Sophie- You are so smart. I was sitting here thinking last night that this 2ww is much worse than the first time I went through IVF. I thought it was because I am not as busy as the last time, but I think you hit the nail on the head. I sit here everyday and post (or at least read) and so I am more focused on everything going on with me. Thanks for pointing that out. I will still continue through this cycle...posting, reading, and questioning every little thing.

laylor- How are you doing sweetie? The 27th will be here before we know it.....I hope. Did you say you were going to POAS?

Hope everyone is doing well.

Susan
Glad to see you on here girl. Take the time you need. It is Ok to sit and chill out in front of the TV and just think. You need to have the time to heal. Your heart and your mind. I hope that you start feeling better soon. Glad that you are going on with the FET! This is great! We will be here to cheer you on...

Tia
That would be awesome! My own RN with her own U/S machine! That would rock!!! Looking forward to hearing great numbers for you!!!

Jen
So sorry to hear about your BFN. I know that you felt so bad and I am hoping that your FET will be a good cycle for you! I can't wait to hear from you on that score! Please let us know how it goes....We support your FET!!!!!!

Jenn
I didn't really have a whole lot just a little here and there until the end of the 7th week and then it really kicked into high gear or something. I am hoping that it will stabilize out soon!!! Thanks for your thoughts and prayers we need them!

Steph
I know what you are saying when you wrote that you get more nervous as your apts approaches. I am in the same situation. I am actually much calmer knowing that I don't have an apt until July 17th and then on the same token I want to see the babies. It is a love hate relationship that I have with doctors!!!

Sophie
Things are going well and the doc was great I am telling you I feel a million times better than I did before I went in. She did wonders! You are right. This is what I needed. Glad to hear that you are doing well. And making it. I am looking forward to cheering you on through your FET!!!!

Hello everyone,

Well, really nothing new to report. I now have one week until my official test. I think I will POAS Sunday or Monday to see what it says. I have four tests at home-2 of the FRED and 2 of the digital readout. Some days I think that it definitely worked and other days I feel like it did not.

Heather-Are you planning to POAS or not?

Susan-I hope your pain subsides soon.

Jen-I’m sorry about your BFN. It sounds like you have a good plan and I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Tia-Good luck with your beta

Steph/Tanya-How many days after your transfer did you first POAS?

Hello to everyone I missed!

just a quickie...gotta jump in the shower.
ltaylor- I am planning on POAS. I went and bought 3 yesterday, I couldn't find a FRED, so I bought a first response. Hope it works as well as the FRED. I am goin gto POAS on Sunday. That will be 9dp3dt...do you think it is too early? I am fluctuating back and forth between it worked, and it didn't work. It is much harder this go around.

Will write more later.

Tanya that is exactly how I am, I woke up today and I am crampy but DH seems to think that all the reading about cerclage is what set that off. Glad to hear that the babies are doing well.

ltaylor - I did my POAS 8dp3dt. Good luck!!!!

hrobinson - Best wishes to you as well when you POAS BFP vibes to you both.

hello everybody.... im back from the grave... lol!!! kidding...

well, ive been peeking from time to time to see if which list got longer... but i always pray that the "congratulations" list gets more names added to it than the bottom list... anyway, congratulations to all the new moms.... im so happy for you all.. have a wonderful & healthy 9months!!! for those in the bottom list [like me :P] you're all in my prayers.... don't lose hope... everything happens for a reason and as the saying goes, when a door is closed,a window is opened... keep looking out for those windows... it's just there... i found mine so i hope you all find yours too..... [bytthe way, you can now put my name under ttc vacation/break hehehehe it will probably be a couple of years before i try again :P]

a little update on me, i did get in the nursing program that will start in fall.... yeyyy!!!!!! yesterday, i went to school and registered.... the school also required us to take a summer class - more of like an orientation on what to expect.... it will be a hectic 2 years for me but being stubborn that i am, expect me to take it head on.... lol! finances will be a little tight too as i have to quit my full time job... but i know i can make it... i am currently searching for a part time job i could do while in school....

that's all for now..... hi to everybody.... cant do personals.... i have to read back 5 pages lol!!!

xoxo,

Jen, sorry it didn't work. You're right that it would have been scary had you been pg after being that ill. I'm disapointed that out of us 4 who 2ww-ed together we only got 1 BFP, that's the odds beating us which I hate. Well if I were in Vegas and that happenned I'd get back on the table and try again - so that's what we should do here! I've won in Vegas where the odds are even worse so I can do it here too! That's exciting you can have your next go so fast.

Soph, maybe you're onto something doing the cycle without the board, hmmm, I dunno, it's nice having somewhere to go and talk but hard to watch other people get what you so want just like in the real world.

Tia, glad your still doing so well, looks like twins indeed! You must be so happy.

Marsxp, good for you! That all sounds great, so good to having something to focus on other than this! I wish I had something new to focus on like that.

Steph and Tanya, glad things are still going well.

Heather and ltaylor, sounds like you're both doing well with the 2ww, good luck with POAS!

Susan, I think of you a lot and what you're going through. I don't know if you saw my post to you on the other board but I wanted you to know about a friend of mine who miscarried twice on FETs and went on to have a beautiful baby boy on FET 3. I'm a wee bit concerned you're not giving yourself much of a break though, you sure your body's ready? Look after yourself sweetie.

Literatriz, any news from Brazil?

Jenn, glad all is going well for you, must have been so exciting to hear that heartbeat.

All is fine here. I'm feeling a little deflated but not depressed or anything. I'm a bit worried that IVF not working twice ain't exactly a good sign but then it seems to be a bit of a lottery so who knows, maybe next time. I hate the way my life is kind of on hold until I get pg, I find it hard to concentrate on anything else, other areas of my life don't seem to need much attention just now, it's weird but nothing else really seems to matter much at the moment, I can't wait until it does again. I haven't called the new clinic yet, haven't really had a chance alone to make the call. Maybe tomorrow.

Have a good evening all.

Tia- Definately sounds like twins. That beta sure is high:) Thursday will get here before you know it. Just enjoy everything right now.

Marsxp- Wow, I am impressed with the plans you have for yourself. You are such a brave woman to jmp into the "new career" with both feet. I do hope you eventually try ivf again. You are right about windows opening. The window will be there, so don't miss it.

My2lnT- Okay, so you did your POAS 8dp3dt...was it a definate pregnant or was it faint? I am dying to POAS, though know it is way too early. Did you do a HCG trigger shot? If so, how many days before your transfer?

Well, I had mild cramping last night. Nothing horrible, but very noticeable. I am sure everything is alright, but your mind sure does wonder with every little twinge tha goes on during the 2ww. I keep waiting for my AF to just show up. however, won't the progesterone keep it from happening?

Hello all,

Heather-I think 9 days to POAS is not too soon. At least I hope not!

Marsxp-I’m very excited for you and your new plans. I wish you the best of luck in school. I’m sure your IVF experience will help make you an even better nurse.

Tia-Keep us posted on the twin alert.

Julie-I know how you feel. It’s going to be very hard for me if this one doesn’t work since I am already on #3. Hang in there!

Hrobinson - Yeah I did a FRED and it was a faint but visible line. I did do a trigger but tested 7 days after trigger to make sure there was a -ve. I did my trigger 10,000 units 36 hours before transfer.. Ok i broke out calendar I triggered on 5-7 Er 5-9 ET 5-12 and POAS 5-20 very faint BFP then 5-21 POAS faint line definatly showing BFP. Hope this helps wishing you a BFP!!!

Jul1e - I was very sad on try 2 thinking that it shoulda worked and that since it didn't it would never... and that old addage of 3rd times a charm kept getting thrown up and I was thinking yeah ok.. Well.... yeah Ok it did.. and I pray that it works for you as well..

Mommytobe - Thats a great beta I hope you can rest a little and enjoy your pregnancy.

Tanya - I can't wait to goto a reg. Dr but don't want to on the other hand I don't wanna stop seeing my "lil bit" I wonder if they are going to consider me high risk with the cerclage having to be done. If you hear anymore about it let me know. I did google the crap out of it and DH thinks that is why I am cramping because of nerves and stress. Hell he could be right but you know I can't admitt that.

OK everyone else take care I gotta go lay back down.

Hello everyone.

Steph
It could be in your head girl. i am telling you that your mind can play some weird tricks on your body!! It is really unbelievable. I hope that you start to feel better soon. I will tell you though with waiting a month to get in to see the OB its like I am somewhat stress free. I get all worked up before the u/s like is everything going to be OK am I going to be able to see everything etc. I am doing OK now while I am waiting. I may get a doppler later but for now I am well.

Marsxp
I made it through nursing school with very little income. I worked part time at the school doing work study and I took my student loan out to the max and paid all of my bills just about for the next four months while I was in school. Congratulations on getting into the program that is great in and of itself. I just graduated from undergrad in Dec 2006 and then I started the Masters program in Jan 2007 and that is what I am working on right now in fact I have a final exam I should be studying for tomorrow...LOL If you need anything encouragement etc please feel free to contact me.

Heather
I don't think that would be too early. I think that you should be fine!!!! Check it out girl... I am a POAS queen. I think that you can still get AF in light of prog. Look at what happened with Sophie she had AF with prog. It is all about uncertainty. It is horrible. I would be like there is no way that I am pg to Of course I am why not...it sucked. Big time.

Tia
Can't wait to hear about your ultrasound! It is so exciting isnt it??? Your numbers look great!!!

Jules
glad to hear from you and that things are looking not so bleak for you. That is a great sign. Take your time. You need it right now....The clinic will always be there. Good to hear from you.

L
Hang in there it is so hard waiting. It really is. I hated the 2WW with a passion. I couldnt wait until I knew something. I was so anxious. Good luck and much baby dust to you....

Hope that the rest of you are doing well...not a whole lot going on with me at this point and I like it that way. Lol
