Hey everyone- I just got back from my Day 6 u/s. I have nine follicles ranging from 10mm to 15mm. The Dr. and my nurse said that's a very good stim. I am waiting for my E2 to come back. They think there are probably two more that may catch up. We'll see.... Hope everyone is doing well.

Hey Everybody,

Just heard back from my dr. We have 16 embryos! We're excited, but still VERY nervous about overstimulating. I'm still sore from yesterday's ER and still in bed. I feel better than yesterday though. I start my progesterone shots tomorrow which I am dreading. We're going to do the first one at the dr. office so my DH can learn how to do them. Hopefully, they won't be as bad as I'm imagining. We'll see... Hopefully, ET will be Monday.

hope you are all doing well. When is everybody's ER?

mulligan: That is great 16 embryos! Hope the ER goes well.

For those stimming: Grow Follies Grow! Here is a question too, sorry if this is too much information, but did any of you experience more cervical mucus?

For those of those who have had ER: Do you think it is possible to return to work the next day? Just wondering if I should tell work that I will be out for longer.

Mulligan-the progestrone shots are not bad, I ice for 5 mins, I can not stress enough to ice, my husband has the hang of it and is doing great. Best of luck to all.

Wow, it's getting hard to keep up with all the activity in here!

Jen, good follie report today! glad it went well!

Good luck to everyone having their embryo transfers!!! I'm sending sticky vibes to you all!

My retrieval is in the morning. I'm a little nervous about the anesthesia but I'm soooo uncomfortable right now I want these follies drained so it's overriding my fear a little bit. I hope it all turns out okay.

Jen, Dr. Carpenter is doing my retrieval, have you seen her? She's really great. Dr. Toner did my D&C so I was hoping to get him but it's not his day. I think they each do 1 day at each of the 5 offices.

Well, my nurse just called- my E2 is 380 for Day 6. I think that's fine. I go back on Sat. for my second scan and she said we would know more then. She said the goal is 3-4 embryos for my age, so 9 follicles is still a good number. I hope it is....

Ladies, Again went for BW & Sacn today after 7 days of stimm, RE says I have many follicles & he was not able to count, he measured one on each side & they were 12mm, again my dose has been cut in half to 75 iu.
And the nurse called & told me my E2 was 3766, which is really starting to worry me I think the follies arent growing faster compare to the others I read here, so that makes me worry, anyways have to go oin tomorrow, I think E2 will hit 5000!!!!

Mulligan how much were u measuring on day 8, I see that even u had high E2 levels.....

How is everyone doing, Congrats to all u had successfull Retreival & Transfer & also those Triggering, U guys r half way there.....

Jen, our reports are very similar. I just updated my signature with all my numbers.

Me: 35, stage 4 endo
DH: 29, normal
TTC almost 4 years
3 failed IUIs
1 natural pregnancy that miscarried at 7 wks
6/16: day 6 of stims...9 follies, 413 E2
6/18: day 8 of stims...still 9 follies, slowly growing, 930 E2
6/19: day 9 of stims: still 9, still growing, 1575 E2
6/20: day 10 of stims: 5-6 lead follies, 5 smaller ones, triggered 10,000 iu! 2356 E2
6/22: Retrieval YIKES!!!
6/25: Transfer if we get that far! Please!!!

MyBaby- My E2 was at 5078 on Day 8 so I know how you're feeling. I was VERY worried about that number, but my drs. assured me that it's high, but not extreme. They told me that I have a higher risk of OHSS, but even then the risk was only 5%. Drink plenty of fluids and don't worry!

I felt sick when my estrogen got that high, but only for a day. How are you feeling?

Also, my estrogen went down to 3600 the next day, so yours could do that too. Just think, you'll have lots of great follies!! Hang in there!

Hope everyone else is doing well too.

Rockrat- it looks like our transfer is going to (hopefully) be on the same day!

good afternoon ladies well i had my transfer this morn and now its 5 days of strick bed rest for me. ok so heres the story, dh and i arrived at my doc office checked in and waited. we were then called back and dh had to scrub up so he could go into the or with me. the we waoted somemore my doc finally came back to see and to let me know how many embies made it to day 3. well we had 12 6 to 8 celled embies, they have a gradeing scae there that ranges from 1 to 4 1 being great 4 being worst out of al my lil embies the lowest rating they got was a 1.2 so that really good!!! they also had 3 8 celled embies with a grading of 1 that they transfered back into me. my doc was very happy. so off to the or i go i moved onto the table got placed in the stirrups and my doc did a ultrasound with a trial cathetar so i knew what to exspect and so he could make sure it would go through smoothly so then the embrylogist comes in and they put the embies in my uterus we got to watch the whole thing it was amazing to watch. so we got a copy of our sonogram with the 3 little air bubbles that will hopefully become our children we also got a blown up copy of what our 8 celled embies look like its awsome if i could post it would. so now im in bed my hubby gave me my progesteron and estradiol shots and it went very well im on progesterone in oil daily and estradiol every 3 days and baby asprine daily so our 2ww begins, im a nervous wreck and i REALLY hope one or 2 hell even all 3 of my lil miracles take until maybe tomorrow since i figured out how to type laying flat haha anyway i hope all you ladies are well. someone had asked about goin to work the day after the retrieval i know im stll really tender so i ont know. im off for the next 2weeks so this should be fun ill kepp everyoe posted!!!! hope all is well

I hope I can join. I am a little behind everyone. Just a little background. We have been ttc since 2003. We have experienced 2 losses due to my PCOS. I've been diagnosed with a blod clotting issue and will be using lovenox(sp), a blood thinner, during this cycle. My protocol is:

BCP
Lupron
Bravelle
Menupor(sp)
HCG trigger
Lovenox(sp)

I'm still down regging and will be done with my BCP on 6/23. This appears to be a very supportive thread and I would love to join you ladies.

rockrat71 and jeneden - I'm at ACRM too...last time I saw more of Dr. Hasty and Dr. Toner. Such a small world!
