NEwbie...HCG on june 29 th

Hi All

I am a newbie here.I have stared my first-ivf this june and had my ET on june 15 th.my pregnancy test falls on JUNE 29 th.so now i am in 2WW.These 14 days are the longest week in my whole life.

couple of days after ET i had some mild cramps the whole day,my nurse says that its normal and its due to the progestrone.Then i felt pain when i touch the lower left and right abdomen...but not in the middle (where the uterus is).again i called my nurse she said..its because my blown up ovaries(due to stim-drugs) were returning to its original position .

Now on day 6 post ET...i had a sharp cramping in the middle of the lower abdomen which last for 5 mints.it happened early morning ..and i was having a dream of a couple making out (:x i dont know why i had such a dream) and then only i released that bad cramping and i woke up.i am so scared whether due to that dream ..my hormones messed up and my uterus shrinks and gave me that pain?.plz ladies help me out with ur suggestions......

Hey Yuva, I am testing on the 29th as well!!!, I know what you mean by the longest 2 weeks of your life, it's terrible!!!!!!, I also had a bit of cramping at the beginning, not so much now, and I am actually starting to get scared because I don't have almost any symptoms at all, do you??.
About the sharp pain, must have been a contraction due to the dream you were having, it is very normal and nothing can happen to your babies due to that, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi, i just had my et on june 15th as well. Lucky for me i get to do my test tomorrow! i have cramping as well... but it is around my ovaries..due to the follicles that fill with fluid ?? or somthing like that. Anyway, don't stress to much.. LOL yeah right. good luck!

Hey ladies.. I too know how awful the 2ww is so I just wanted to give you some positive news!! and to let you know that cramping is a good sign..
I had strong sharp cramps around 6,7,8 days post transfer.. and they continued for a while.. and i get them every once and a while now..
I got my beta of 73 11dp3dt!!! So.. hold on to those SHARP crampy feelings.. I had the same exact ones.. Never had them with my other regular cycles.. just this one.. I think its the little one getting nestled in for the long haul..

Hey ttcmumber1...thx a lot for giving us HOPES.I had a sharp cramp (day 6 after ET)but i had a (Wet)dream at the same time.so i was so worried whether it bcos my uterus contracts.but therafter no cramps,no sore chest no symptoms till now...do u think am ok?i am confused and tensed.

Hello Yuva and the rest of the gang,
I'm also testing the 29th. I only had cramps the very same day of the ET, and never again. I thought I had a very mild one a couple of days ago, but now I'm not sure any more that it even happened. I heard so many stories like yours about women having cramps due to implantation, that I find myself wishing so much to experience something like that, that's why I think I may have imagine those "cramps" 2 days ago.
At the moment I'm not having any symptoms at all, only a mild breast discomfort. I took a hpt yesterday and it was BFN. My only hope is that I tested too early, but I don't know. I couldn't sleep last night and today I'm a mess. I feel like my dream is fading away. We'll see, I just want this to end.

Hey Yuva,

Welcome. I had mild cramps since my transfer on 14th. Everyone's body is different. I know some people that were cramping and ended up pregnant. I had my beta done today and still waiting for results.
