Hi,
I am starting my second IVF cycle in July. My first IVF, I had a BFP and had a miscarriage.

Now we are unsure if we are doing a Fresh or FET Cycle.

Anyone out there starting an IVF cycle when I am?

My calendar is similar to yours.Im doing ICSI for the first time.

I will start my 1st stage of drugs 2morow.Then the 2nd lot which are the stims, i will start on 17th july and my EC will me on 1st week og August.

Hi, Ladies!

I'm a total noob, to both the message board and the IVF situation.

I'm going off the BC and starting injections of Lupron tomorrow. Hopefully my good buddy Aunt Flo will soon follow.

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you! This is such a great forum, especially for those of us who don't really have anyone in our lives who can truly sympathize with what we're going through.

Like cwrj00 wrote, I joined the June/July thread too but they are far ahead of me as well and I pray they get their BFP.

This is my second attempt at IVF and this is a fresh cycle for me. I do have a frozen embie from the first one.

I started lupron on 6/19 and was supposed to start stimming today. But I got a call from my nurse and my E2 is 100 and they would like to see it under 100. So, I have to continue my full dosage of lupron (10 units) until my next bloodwork on this coming Monday. I feel down about it because I was excited to get to the stimming. During the u/s, the dr said that I did not have any cysct so I don't know why my E2 is high...any ideas ladies?

Can't wait to get to know everyone!

Just checking in. How is everyone? I feel like I have been on meds forever. My lab is being cleaned so I had to go on 2 packs of BCPs, 22 days of Lupron and then the stims. I have made it through the first step and 1/2 way through the second.

When is everyone expected to have their retrieval?

My retrieval was supposed to be July 11th and transfer July 14th. I think that will pushed back because they want me to down reg for another 2 days. I find out tomorrow.

My name is lisa TTC 3 +YEARS We are starting Lupron on the 5th of july woohoo ..... Per my RE if all goes well retrival will be around july 26th providing AF comes on time.... This is our first shot at all this RE said IVF /ICSI is the best thing to do for us and out ins. covers nothing so as you all its not cheap...... I cant wait to start this whole process and looking to forward to getting to know all of you . I ay not been on here alot the next few days I just quit smoking so Hubby is trying to keep me out of the house so I get through this .

Hi all
Great to read your stories so far. This is our first go at IVF with ICSI. I am on Day 5 of stims with Puregon 250ml. My next appointment is on Friday 6th where I have an ultrasound and Blood test to check on the follies. The info I have basically says they expect retrieval the week of 9th July.
So far, the downregging was fine apart from the mood swings. I had to sniff Nafarelin for 15 days. Now I am just starting Day 5 of stims and I seem to find everything very emotional and I have mild cramping pains in my stomach.
Hello Kitty, I know that my clinic told me that if I didnt downreg as expected I shouldnt worry as it may just take a few extra days. Good Luck at your blood test tomorrow.

I will do a quick summary of who has said Hi to date in a separate post. Anyone else who joins please just add in your details or PM me and I will change it.

Hello.
How was everybody's weekend?
Did you relaxed?Did you go out?
Mind you, the weather was not all that to go out,isn't it?

I spend the weekend working.I work in a cash&carry and the end of june is the end of the financial year so we were doing stock taking.
Oh boy!Whatta weekend!!! I'm still tired....

And I took my first pinch yesterday!Ouch!
I'm on 300iu of Suprecur,also known as Buserelin
It took me a while to do it.Then i took a deep breath.....and did it.

Must say it was not that bad.I felt the liquid going in.
Hope today im not that scared.
