Just a quick note to say thanks so much for your support! My dad was buried yesterday and the last few days have been very hard. All in all it went very well. He was buried with military honors which was very touching. Our loss is great but we know time will heal things some.
We had our First Trimester Screening Ultrasound on Thursday. It went very well. The blood test and scan gave us great results. The ultrasound tech said it would be too soon to determine the sex. So we have to wait until Aug 2nd for our Level 2 scan at 18 weeks to find out.
I wish you all well and will try to chat and address personals soon. Just have to get some things settled and feeling better. Take Care Ladies!

Thanks for all the support ladies.
I thought I would drop a note to ask if anyone had symptoms disappear?
The last week or so my boobs shrunk, my tummy shrunk (and I was kinda showing already) and all my m/s went away. The dr's office said it was a good thing and my body was getting used to being pregnant but it still makes me nervous. At 10 weeks shouldn't I be feeling more pregnant? I go to the RE Monday and I think it is going to be my last apt before moving to the OB.

Hey ladies, I have a question for ya. I'm currently 8 wks pg and started getting extreme fatigue and m/s about 2 wks ago. Then, the past couple of days, it seems to have drindled to nothing hardly. Have any of you had m/s and fatigue and loose these symptoms so quickly? With my dd, I was sick with m/s for about 6 wks. I am so nervous. I've already experienced a m/c earlier this year at about this point in my pg. I go tomorrow morning for another scan.

I understand you pain and I was there at one point and now it seems that all of my symptoms just come and go and I got the m/s at a bout the same point in time as you. I look forward to hearing about your scan. Things are looking good for you girl!!!! 8 weeks already! Congratulations.

my symptoms come and go regularly and it makes me very nervous, but all scans indicate "mini" is doing well. I've read that it's very common.
First OB visit went well, mini measuring 13.1, 7w4d as of Friday, DR said it was normal to be within 5 days (we were 8w as of Friday) again another thing to worry about.
Sounds like everyone is hanging in and doing well, Christine take care of yourself and baby.

Jovigal and Rikirees - I did hear about symptoms that come and go. The website said that it was perfectly normal. Wishing you both the best.
Noodle - I am glad to hear that your mini is doing well and growing as he/she should.
Tanya - 9 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woo Hoo. I am so happy all is going well with no problems. I am right there with you on the showing thing. I bought a maternity bathing suit as well. I can't seem to buy anthing else tho I keep thinking that if I buy it before my OB appt I will jinx myself. Crazy I know but hey..... thats me I guess lol.
I have started new symptoms I wake up queezy but don't ever throw up. I don't know what is worse the fact I feel like I need to or the fact that nothing comes up. Or with no gallbladder I have not yet found what triggers my cramps other than saying everything.I am trying to get used to the cramps being normal but so nervous that when I do that something bad will happen. At our last appt "lil bit" measured right to the day 8w1d. Oh and we are being released to OB this week. We have our last sono with them this Thurs then off to the OB woo hoo.
Hope everyone is doing well. Will do more personals later today is DHs Bday and we are going to lunch (he's a whole 25 and he is complaining of being old.... All I keep tellling him is to shut up... ha ha I will be 34 this year)
Well, good news. I had my scan today and everything looks great. I'm measuring to the day (8w3d) and the hb has gone up to 171bpm. RE wants to see me one more time at 10wks the he'll release me to my OB. Steph, noodle and Tanya, thanks for responding. I just one big worry wart!!! My due date is 2/1/08 but I went early with my 1st one and I believe this one will probably come early too.
STeph, I have found something that helps with m/s....Ginger Root Tablets. Just take one with your meals, it really helps. One thing I found out early on is to never let myself get to the point that I'm hungry. I nibble all day.

WOW great news Jovigal! the HB sounds like a boy...or so I'm told, slower is a girl.
my2lnt- Happy Birthday Hubby! my DH is 3 years younger, 9 years must be quite a challenge.
Malinka- my regular clothes still fit but they are NOT comfortable. I had preg clothes from 1st IVF preg/ MC (gained 18LBS before MC) so I've been wearing some of those.
I still workout, 2 days on 1 day off, 30min all at 1/2 speed of regular. Dr said to continue and so did new DR. I feel good when I do but I have to eat so much more when I do.

Hey guys
I just want to come here to complain a little. I am feeling big.....I am having the "usual" type cramping here and there, Nothing out of the ordinary, I am so tired I can hardly stand up-still, and have m/s here and there and I am feeling like nothing is going on! I am worried about the babies.....I just want to be able to feel them moving about in there and then I will know they are ok ya know? I am just worrying because of NOTHING. I am still worried. Just wanted to vent about it because I can't really talk to anyone else about it. I just want things to go well and well you know. I see the OB on the 17th of July and I did order my doppler-should be here sometime between wed and fri. I can't wait until I get it. I am needed to hear that they are OK!!!
Barbs

a friend just sent out word that she is pregnant with twins (i was unaware that she was going through treatment, but i knew she might be having trouble). i'm so happy for her, but why is it that i still feel jealous when a friend tells their news. i think it must be old pain coming back and knowing that i am technically "infertile" still. i'm still very anxious. maybe after i get my nuchal test results back i'll relax a bit.
jovigal - glad that everything looked good the other day. i've said this a bunch on here, but i've never had a symptom. so disappearing ones are beyond my knowledge, but symptoms don't last forever - it's common for them to wane at some point.
