Preparing a will

Has anyone prepared a will before going into labor or having a c-section? I would like to do this and name the baby in the will but not sure how to go about it. Do I have to wait till the baby is born to add him/her to the will?

We are getting ready to go through all of this and I believe you put them under "unborn children" or something to that effect. I know it can be done. Good luck!

That is true, you can label them in the will as "unborn children" or "any other children born to you" My DH and I did the same thing.

I have not found any software that clearly stated details on children yet-to-be born. I would really really hate to see a lawyer- I haven't had good experiences with them. Is anyone else using a software program for this?

Our wills just state "any child born from our relationship together" will be .......

Our Solictor/Lawyer did this for us some 2 years ago incase I was lucky for IVF to work.
