baby names

I am curious to know what you ladies think about Noah for a boy? I already figured out an Indian middle name but my hubby is American and wants an American first name.

Deepa - OMG! Noah is what we have chosen for our baby if its a boy! I love the name and is quite unusual here in the UK - haven't come across any Noah's yet!

I think its a lovely name.

Cool! I haven't seen any one with that name either in the US. We are thinking "Rishi" for a middle name. Curiously enough- they kinda' mean the same thing in both Christianity and Hinduism - a sage or saint or poet. REgardless of the meaning, I just like the way it sounds.

I like Noah, too. I'm in the States and can't think of any babies or children I know with that name so that's a good sign---you would hate for there to be a ton with the same name. Noah Rishi has a nice ring to it!

Hi Deepa
Noahs a great name I'm from Australia and just in the last three or four years the name Noah has become quite popular. I think Noahs a very strong honest name so yep Noah Rishi sounds great. It's so hard trying to pick a name that will stay with some one for ever and that hopefully reflects their personality so good luck with the name hunting

Nice job on the name! My friend has a son named Noah and it sounds great for a boy or a grown man. Hopefully he'll love it as much as we all do!
