Hi Girls.
As a founder member it occured to me today after catching-up with all the posts,it is really sobering to think that apart from us (think there were about 4 of us)that there haven't been any more surprise natural conceptions throughout the year following failed IVF attempts.
Just seems really surreal that Christmas seemed to be a magical time for us and makes me truly appreciate how blessed we are.

If there have been others and I've just missed the posts, then I apologise and would love to hear your details.

LOL
Terri
xxx
Terri

Hello, great to hear from you again. Starting to feel a bit like on "old timer" over here now!

We are now 32 weeks plus! And deeply unorganised! Some mornings I wake up and still find it hard to believe that we have made it so far!

Still feel so lucky! Can't believe how big the bump is and can't wait to meet him/ her

Hope you are doing well

Eve
xx
Hi Terri & Eve

Good to catch up again as it seems a long time since I was last able to post a message. Can't believe there is only 9wks to go and yet christmas seems so long ago. Was there anyone else from the Xmas miracles?. Just had a couple of weeks off work and have another 3wks to go before giving up. Still feel that I am also totally disorganised - have only just got round to painting the walls of the nursery and putting down a carpet - as yet have no furniture or bedding sorted out!!! Finally began buying last week and planning to do some serious shopping in the next couple of weeks.
Am due to be rescanned in 3wks to see if my placenta has moved up - if not it might well be a c-section for me but apart from that am feeling really well(also on iron tablets). How are you both feeling?

lulu
Hi girls,
great to be back on line.
Lulu, tried 3 times to reply to your last post to me but bombed-out every-time.....sooooooo annoying.
I'm doing OK apart from suffering from SPD (the pelvis pulling thingy) - absoulte bloody agony and have a super-sexy bump-brace I have to wear.....but I'm not complaining, evey twinge and pain is worth it :0)
Still have 3 weeks at work and I can't wait. People having started looking at me stangely as if to say "she shouldn't be far from home..looks ready to drop at any minute"...I'm bloody huge !!!!! :0)
The nursery furniture gets delivered on Thursday and we've (or rather "I've" - DH hates painting!!) painted the room yellow and blue with blue and cream gingham curtains. It looks so cute already.

Finding the whole prospect of being a "MUM" a bit daunting at the moment. Haven't had exposure to any babies since by God daughter was born and she's nearly 15 !!!!
My neighbour asked me to baby-sit for 10 minutes the other day while she popped out.
Her daughter is only 11 weeks old and I was thinking Oh God what if she wakes-up what do I do?? how sad am I?? Think I need to practise on my own before I'm let loose on other people's.

Glad you are both doing well, keep smiling not long to go now.

Lots of Love and bump hugs
Terri
xxxxx
Hi Folks,

I'm another in the Xmas Miracle club!

I am now 33 weeks on Wednesday, absolutely huge, I'm already out of one pair of maternity trousers, only 3 pairs fit now....but for how long?? Having trouble getting my breath and his little feet are kicking hell out of me. I hope I go early as I feel so useless and cumbersome at the moment.

Does anyone else want to go mad cleaning all the cupboards/house/etc...?

The nursery is all finished, pale blue and lemon, sooooo cute, can't quite believe there's going to be a little boy in there within a few weeks!!

How is everyone else?

Scorry

Hi Guys

I was the fourth member of the christmas miracle club but I was the one in four who was unlucky.

I just wanted to say I wish you all the very best of luck and am happy to hear that you are all doing okay.

Love and best wishes

Lisa(Loonpants)
xxxx

Hello all,

Lisa (Loonpants) great to hear from you - was thinking about you the other day - how are you doing?

Well 35 weeks now! Getting strange looks when I go out anywhere as am fairly huge now and people keep asking me "are you sure there is only one in there?"

Had an incredible urge to clean the house from top to toe last week - even roped my mother in to clean the cooker whilst I bleached anything that stood still!

Think we have all the big purchases bought but can't wait to go shopping for cute clothes when baby arrives and we can get girl or boy things! I am glad we don't know what baby is, will be a nice surprise!

I went to antenatal last night an am seriously considering using the pool at some point in the labour.Have already ben in hospital twice in agony and was diagnosed as having gallstones last week!!

Can't wait - getting excited now!!!!
Lets all keep in touch
Eve
xx
